If I could give thomis location zero stars I would! I order the same exact breakfast every visit to every DD in the country yet the inept cashier on duty this morning refused to ring it in properly. He insisted his manager wouldn’t allow him to ring in a everything bagel add sausage patty (which is half price of a breakfast sandwich), instead he had to ring in a sandwich minus the egg and cheese.

My comments are more regarding the young man who served us rather than the business as a whole. It was 6:30am and this young man was working ALONE. The line was excessively long but he responded to each customer with kindness and consideration. I’m perplexed about how or why he was manning the entire store alone during what is likely a daily breakfast rush period, but the fact is- he did his best and should he be recognized!

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. They couldn’t make anything I wanted. Avacado toast or any breakfast sandwich except with sausage. Then attempted to order a small cold brew and they only had a little bit let in the container. It was not busy here in the airport. Seemed like employees have lack of care when it comes to being able to serve simple coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Don’t come to the airport without eating. You will not be able to get what you want if anything at all…

Decided to grab a bite before a morning flight and had an Iced Latte and Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich. The food was hot and fresh and the employees were friendly. Quick service as well all around from payment to order pickup.

What’s the point of the mask if it’s just covering his peach fuzz? The hours on google are wrong. The food is ok at this location, but the staff can’t be bothered to speak above a whisper and they sound like they hate thier job. Dude threw my food on the counter and didn’t even bother to announce that my food was ready. My iced chi tea tastes like a glass of milk

Horrible experience! Older guy who cooks the food upset because he said my order 3 times and then yells “for the third time, bacon, egg, and cheese on a muffin and 6 hash browns!” He should be more sensitive as some customers do not have the ability to hear out of both ears. I will never frequent this Dunkin’ again. He needs another job.
