I order a frozen coffee. Mocha. They always want to give me a triple mocha. I always say no. But I’m occasionally they don’t listen. The tripe mocha taste like drinking chocolate syrup. I won’t be back. If you can’t give me what I ask then why give you my money for what I don’t want

The food and drink at this Dunkin are good. The staff is nice. Sometimes it takes a little bit for the order to be ready, but overall they keep things moving along. It’s my go-to Dunkin when I’m in the area

If you’re not getting just coffee, don’t go here. The donuts are tiny, my strawberry frosted with sprinkles only has sprinkles on half of it, my wife’s toasted bagel with cream cheese was rock hard. Not edible. The cream cheese was only on one side of the bagel. And it costs 4 dollars. And one of the donuts I ate had paper inside of it.

Dunkin has good coffee but the food at this location and several others just taste like dirty toaster oven. Not sure if the oven/microwave they use doesn’t get cleaned or it’s the cleaning agent but the food is always awhful! This particular location used to be a bank so the drive through is very tight! If you have a truck with mirrors that stick pretty far off of your truck, do not use the drive through. Just not that convenient to go in though

I order online and walk in to pick up. surprisingly enough this dunkin isn’t like all dunkins. My coffee has never been made wrong which is impressive since i don’t stick to one thing very long. i don’t have a “usual”. only one time were they out of something that i wanted..irish cream..it was the middle of march though so it’s expected. The iced coffee and the cold brews are consistent in brew strength. its not the usual one day its watered down the next day you’re growing chest hair. cold brew or iced coffees are all i get so i can only say for sure about them. The baristas are very quick and efficient though..and orders don’t take long to get filled when the slip pops up, and they’re work areas are surprisingly clean compared to most dunkins. The store itself is also very clean..at least in the mornings when i stop it is. They do have gender defined bathrooms..i’ve never used them..so i can’t speak on them. Honestly i can say this dunkin has not disappointed me!!

We where ordering like a normal person through the drive thru talking loud enough but she wanted us to talk even louder the ppl in the other line couldn’t even hear them self think bc that’s how loud they wanted us to be . But yet they gave us the wrong food. how are you gonna have me like yell to tell you what i want but still get it wrong … worse dunkin ive ever been too.

This location is the best DD I’ve been to central pa that I can recall. There were several women running this facility and they all worked together efficiently to get the food and beverages together quicklu and well. I have honestly been avoiding dunkin lately because of crappy quality and inconsistent taste of almost all locations. This was a trip of pure convenience while out this way and they have restored some faith in dunkin quality. Keep crushing it ladies.

My 9 year old son and I came in to spend almost $10 on two small refreshers. My son does not like ice in anything that he drinks. I requested that they make his (not both of them) without ice and they refused to do it. The associate said that she cannot make it without ice. That’s absurd. I will not be back. There’s a great donut shop in town called Dough & Joe that makes better donuts and I’ll go to Sheetz for a less expensive drink, with no ice from now on. Horrible customer service. To her credit, she did refund me when I told her to cancel my order.

The quality of the donuts has gotten worse and worse, they’re never a consistent size, the icing is either too much or barely enough to even cover the donut and apparently they can’t afford to add sprinkles anymore because there are barely EVER any on them. Save your time and money and go to Giant- at least they know how to make a donut
