New location! I placed a mobile order ahead. The drive thru went relatively fast. It wasn’t until I pulled away I found out I was missing an item. I went in and they apologized and gave me my item. Very nice staff. I saw previous reports about people being on their phones. I didn’t see any of that when I went. They seemed a tad bit unorganized but that’s how it is in the beginning. I’m just happy to have a Dunkin’ 10 minutes from my house.

Where the service was friendly but the donuts were thrown in the bag and they were decorated so cute too for Halloween. Not so cute upside down. Answer me this though… Is the coffee ever NOT BURNT??? I visit this Dunkin at least twice a week for the past year. Recently they haven’t been able to get my order right. The cashier is always pleasant but the young lady on drinks has a nasty attitude. My order isn’t complicated. I order a large frozen coffee, whipped cream, 5 caramel, and an espresso shot. Today when I visited it was a terrible experience. My frozen coffee was incredibly dark, I tasted it to make sure it wasn’t made with mocha instead and it wasn’t. They claimed it the espresso that made it dark when I order this drink everyday. I’m employed at a different Dunkin so I make this drink myself when I’m working. I gave the drink back to the young man in the window and he proceeded to tell her that it wasn’t right. The young lady throws away the drink and proceeds to make it again telling a different coworker that it was the espresso. I understand mistakes happen but never have I had a frozen coffee this dark with or without espresso. They definitely put extra coffee syrup in it which made it so bitter. It didn’t even taste like espresso it just tasted like the coffee syrup.

That bread is not toasted or butter just a bland piece of bread with an egg and cheese with bacon. Not good at all not sure if that’s the way it comes but the tater tots weren’t even fully cooked. Biting into a raw soggy potato.

It amazes me every time how 90% of my cheese is on the wrapper and not the sandwich that is put together so sloppily and I thought I pulled out an empty bag of hash browns but they were just squished in there not crispy at all.
There’s a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts that do it right, this ain’t one of them.

The employees were nice and got my order out quickly, but the coffee is super sweet and kind of water down. The donuts are really small and sometimes stale and super dry. I got their hash browns ONCE and all I tasted was pepper…. Kind of disappointed, I do love coffee and a good donut.

First of all, I went inside to order a coffee and donuts. The workers acted like I was ruining their day. They were completely unprofessional and rude. The managers were disrespectful to customers and to their employees. Management seems uncontrolled, no standards behind the counter. The Coffee also tasted like water. It the donuts were thrown into the bag. Completely unprofessional. I will NOT EVER come back to this Dunkin again.

I was very pleased with the service at this location this morning. As I was ordering at the in-store kiosk the manager asked if I needed any help which I greatly appreciated. The store was clean and everything was running in an extremely efficient way. Upon leaving with my breakfast sandwich and two coffee drinks, the manager again made sure I had everything in my order and topped off what he felt was a tad low drink. A+
