Went in with my husband and he wasn’t sure how to order his drink on the screen. Guy at the counter refused to take us at the register and kept telling us to order it on the screen. I get that the screen is there for people to use, but not EVERYONE knows exactly how to go about it in that way. Didn’t even offer to help him find his order on the screen, just kept looking at us like we were stupid.
The amount of time it took him to tell us, he could’ve just taken our order at the register. Will never come back to this dunkin.

Order taker was extremely rude and rushing us in an extremely rude tone saying things like “Anything else, What else do you want, Is that all” our croissants were hard and barely warm but the egg and sausage was still ice cold in the middle practically frozen. As someone who has worked in different fast food industry there is no excuse for this much of attitude or terrible food quality. There were no options for tortillas or any donut options.From seeing other comments I can see this is something that happens often here. I don’t suggest ever going to this one. I know I won’t ever again. We said thank you have a good day he was not taking an order and he just stared at us and said nothing. He was the only one wearing a blue shirt.

What a horrendous experience. I ordered online for pick up. When I arrived but a single person even acknowledged my existence. I wait for my order while the employees play on their phones. One of my items is never brought up so I ask. And here they don’t even have it available. They maybe could’ve told me while I was waiting for ten minutes. Nobody cares. Dunkin proves again and again that they’re the worst place to get coffee (or donuts).

Truly the weirdest interaction I’ve ever had trying to place an order… walked in & it looked like they weren’t even open. One singular donut sitting on the counter for anyone to touch, that was the only baked good available apparently.. it’s a Dunkin Donuts, and you have one donut to sell? No greeting from an employee, no one there to take an order. It almost felt like it was a nuisance to even have a customer in there. Really disappointing location that I certainly will never return to.

Wednesday july 31 around 5-6pm i was attended by a short girl looks like shes in ger 20’s i ordered and so did my girlfriend. We ate our mini bagel and hashbrowns ok but then she had my drink wrong when i said kiwi watermelon with green tea and gave me mango instead and when i started to eat my sossage egg and chez i noticed the way my sandwich was looking . When i opened it i saw a half egg and half patty . I went up to her again to tell her what happened she said ( it comes that way ) apparently it does not . I seen the works all egg and patties and etc are separated and in their individual sorting areas to prep for a meal . So since she gave me additude i let it be because i wasn’t gonna argue with her . When i got home my girlfriend decided to check her sandwich and what a suprise ghe half that was missing in mines was in her sandwich and also was charged full price for my order . She should not be working there or everyone needs to be replaced . Its not that difdicult to prepare a meal and give what the customer asks and desires . I will not be going to that dunkin donuts anymore for her actions and i see others are also having the same issue with the workers there . Something needs to be replaced for me or done for me i do not accept it at all its childish and unprofessional .

Don’t bother being a walk-in. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to get a simple coffee. They require names with your order, but they don’t shout out your name when your order is ready. Also, the labels aren’t turned facing the customers, so customers have to touch drinks/bags to find their order!

Not worth the price. Strawberry popping bubbles but they taste like cardboard and a small amount you can see in the picture for a large cup that’s all you get… Strawberry lemonade and there’s no strawberry flavor. Just lemonade. Straws are not made for these lids. The place is a mess inside. They washed the windows but didn’t clean the floors or take trash out?! Priority seems to look good on the outside.

We went around noon on a Sunday. It wasn’t very busy in the store. Lots of staff to help out. Even though it was slow they were all still really accommodating and not just doing their own thing and sitting around. Janessa was awesome and made a special drink for me based on what exactly I wanted. Which was above and beyond what they needed to do. The food was good and warm, the coffee was brewed fresh just brewed especially for us because it was that slow. We are not used to Dunkin Donuts because we are not from the East Coast but we always heard good things. We were very satisfied with this one.

This is the only dunkin I have ever been to were they don’t have a single donut “we ran out of donuts”. This has happen to me 3 time now at this location. I honestly would avoid this location!
