Upon my arrival at the drive thru window, I was greeted by a beautiful soul, Kylie. I could tell they keep a very sanitary work environment, as her hairnet was fastened on tightly. I ordered a carmel craze and was delighted by the exquisite taste from my cup.
I will certainly be returning to this dunkin again, as the service and the drink was everything I could want and more!

Ordered two caramel crazes but only charged for one. The order screen was not working and I was only told my total ( not re-read my order).
So I paid for the second drink at the window and they told me it would be right out so I pulled up out of the way. The staff member began yelling out the window that I needed to pull around again. I asked if they could just walk it out and she said no I had to get back in line to get my drink – even though it was their mistake. Did not want to wait in line so one of my kids walked in. Never been to a place where they don’t walk out the food you are kissing.

My husband and I with our granddaughter stopped at this DD on our way home and we were so impressed. The place was so clean and neat. We were very impressed that the donuts were in glass enclosed cases. We bought donuts and they were fresh. We have been in a lot of dunkin donuts and this one by far, exceeded the rest. The 2 young people that were working there were so nice that I had to ask their names, Sophia & Mason. I will give this dunkin a 5 star any day and you can bet the next time we are in this area, we will be stopping again!!

They close at 8 and I get there 7:40, they’re already cleaning up. I ask if they have donuts and they didn’t seem excited to sell me anything, so I left. The district manager or franchise owner should look at the poor reviews and fix some of these issues, like hiring people who want to sell your product and make the business money. Thanks but I won’t be back.

Awesome stop to start your day. Quick and easy in and out, there’s a drive thru too. Plenty of seating, handicap parking. Dine in, take out.

I come to this dunkin everyday and usually the service is amazing! I came through today and sat there for 5 minutes then was greeted with what do you want. The worker at the window was very disrespectful. My drink had things floating in it and i had to throw it away after asking her what was in it. My sisters coffee was not stirred and had clumps of syrup in it. I was not given a new drink and was asked why i was still here why waiting for my food! I would just like to say Mason was doing a great job but i was very disappointed in the service today!
