Best Dunkin I’ve ever been to… for a variety of reasons. First, the manager (Brian) is friendly, professional and it’s obvious he runs things well. The staff have been great… I especially appreciate the warm “good morning” when I walk in in person. They are hustling and my mobile orders are always ready on time and correct. The whole place is spotless… the tables are cleaned off, the floor is swept, the bathroom is immaculate, the food area is kept nice and everything is displayed well. I’d say that the food/drink tasting good and being ready quick are my top two musts… they nail that AND have great staff! Also, highly impressed with the manager who personally took care of my orders and loved his genuine people skills!

This Dunkin is atrocious. I’ve listened to the manager talk poorly about customers and employees over three times now. He has not a single tinge of professionalism or respect for anyone, not even himself with the way he presents himself. I used to adore this Dunkin but lately with the new management it’s been going in a downwards spiral. I’ve seen this guy argue with customers on Facebook, heard him talk crap on customers after they left, and degrade multiple employees. He seems like an awful, arrogant, and incompetent manager. The food and drinks are okay but what I loved the most from this Dunkin was the employees and the atmosphere they gave to the store especially the night staff. They’re always dedicated and respectful to me. Ever since this jerk came along everyone seems to be withdrawn from the store now and the good employees seem to be on the verge of leaving. If they knew any better they’d investigate the abusive nature of this guy towards his employees and get someone who actually cares in his place. I’ve also heard chatter from town about the sobriety of this manager while at work and it doesn’t surprise me the way he behaves. I pray this Dunkin makes a comeback.

Ordered customized donuts ( 5 types total 2 dozen) at 11am and when we tried to pick them up they did not have the order and said they only had 2 of what we wanted so we canceled the order. This has happened more than once at this location so will not try again. Recommend the store in mount joy near giant as they always have what I order.

I use to go to location often . I would say over a year ago you could pick up a decent cup of coffee . I had the worst coffee the last few times. It is absolutely horrible and tastes very very bitter . The color is always off and it’s truly so bad it can’t even be drank or fixed with my own creamer. Idk what is going on but it’s not okay.

I payed some cash and some card and didn’t see the cash payment on the receipt (found it later on the receipt) and told the cashier and she looked at it and told us to park in a spot and the manager would come out and talk to us. We waited a little and the manager came out and didn’t talk to us about the problem and said he gave us free bacon bites and sent us on our way. Then when we got home we say that the egg in the sandwich my girlfriend got was moldy.

They struggle to get the orders right. I’ve gotten the wrong drink on more than one occasion. Today they messed up both drinks in my order. They consistently mess up flavors, forget the cream and sugar, and then just say it was a new person everytime. Turnover there must be very high.

I had thee best experience today at this Dunkin! I originally got a latte and a when I tried it I realized it didn’t have espresso in it. I went back because I know how easy it is to make a mistake, it was no biggy! There was this man not sure of his name who had tats all over who went above and beyond to correct the mistake! He represented customer service at its finest! This man deserves a pay raise! 10/10 Dunkin y’all are amazing!

Used to stop everyday for coffee and a sandwich before work. After multiple times of having to pour my coffee out and food not being edible. I gave up on giving them chances to change thought maybe someone had an off day. Now I drive a couple miles out of my way to Good day coffee . Staffing definitely has changed or something.

I ordered a large coffee. They filled it up 3/4 my cup saw the look on my face when I walked in and the employees didn’t even have the balls or decency to say can I fill that up for you? Do not shop at this Dunkin’ Donuts is not the first time I’ve had terrible service here.

Ordered at kiosk cause drive through was crazy which wasn’t big deal . Ordered iced matcha latte with less ice. No matter what size I get they give you half full liquid and rest ice. This is what I recieved with less ice. Didn’t even give me any liquid. Crazy for an over 5 dollar drink. I won’t be back at any locatiins
