I ordered an everything bagel, toasted, with cream cheese. The screen showed me my total was $3.39. The girl who took my order said “come around the back hon”. Excuse me, but did she call me hon? When I pulled up, I was getting my change, but the girl says “it’s $3.59 hon”. And I questioned her because I’m pretty sure the screen said $3.39. She said “no it’s 3.59 hon”. When I got my bag, I drove off, but I smelt something burnt. I opened my bagel and it looked burnt around the edges. It looked nothing like an everything bagel. I was mad. I’m pregnant and hungry and was in a hurry to get to work after my prenatal appointment so this put me in a bad mood. The girl was unprofessional, lacked respect, and my bagel was poorly made. I would avoid this location at all costs. They don’t care about quality nor service. The girls behind the counter looked like they’d rather be home scrolling on their phones because the one girls took her phone out. She had a frown on her face. It’s really sad that people hate their jobs because it shows to the customers.

I had the WORST experience at my local Dunkin today. The store is located at 503 N 21st St Camp Hill, PA .
First off, I did not get a receipt for my purchase. I got the meal deal, a donut and a small coffee.
The iced coffee with the meal deal was not correct. I wanted cream and mocha swirl. There wasn’t much mocha in it. I asked them to remake it which they did but it still wasn’t correct.
The small hot coffee was supposed to have cinnamon on top. When asked they said they did put it on, but they didn’t. If you put cinnamon on top you can see it floating and it was not.
The potatoes were BURNT and tasted terrible. They were inedible. We have had issues at this location before and tried to speak to a manager but she was very defensive and not helpful at all.

I live directly across the street and continue to experience repeated inventory issues. I call ahead to confirm items are in stock, get told yes, then arrive five minutes later and am told they don’t have it.
It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time. If inventory isn’t accurate, please don’t confirm availability over the phone. At this point, I’m considering going to another location because reliability matters.

It has happened too many times and I’m embarrassed to come get my drink fixed again. This is my stop on my way to work and when I get to work and take a sip of coffee with no sweetener, it just makes me sad The employees are nice to me but I feel bad to keep asking to remake it on my way home from work.
Edit: I’ve been there yesterday and today and my sips have me smiling at work. Thank you guys for taking the time to make my drinks and my day.

This morning my order was entirely wrong. We were shorted a sandwich, all of the sandwiches came with veggies eggs which we did not order. The bread on one sandwich had very visible mold. The match latte was half empty because they forgot the milk. And drink were missing sugar and flavoring syrups.

I’ve been to this location approximately 5 times throughout last year. Every time I go to this location, there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Firstly, every time I go, the drive thru line takes an extremely long time in comparison to other Dunkin’ drive thru’s. Secondly, when I receive my food or drinks, they either give me the wrong item or there is something made incorrectly. This morning I ordered an iced caramel macchiato (something that I’ve been ordering a lot recently at various Dunkin’ locations) and what I got was a huge amount of milk with lots of ice, and barely any coffee and caramel – overall pale in color and bland in flavor and definitely lacking in comparison to other locations. The only reason I occasionally went here was because of the distance to me but based on today and past experiences, I will never go there again and I don’t recommend this location unless you’re desperate for a coffee run and it’s the closest one near you to get your coffee fix.

I was on my way to go get an infusion at my doctors appointment & didn’t even notice my hot chocolate was barely filled to the top! I didn’t even drink it as you can see from the first picture I was very upset with this order how could you get this wrong. I only ordered a donut & a large hot chocolate. Also tried to contact the store and only got a voice mail every time!!
