Pleased with my recent visit to this Dunkin location. The staff was very pleasant and the coffee was made exactly how I ordered it. I visited this location during a recent trip to Penn State taking the exit off RT 322. It felt much further than a mile away off the exit, but, was pleased I stopped by for a good cup of coffee.

All though this is my favorite local DD. It’s become a hit miss with a bag with under cooked bacon covered in caked on grease that you can’t even get off. Please just cook the bacon, I dont mind waiting a few minutes.

My donut was served upside down in the bag. The person who served it touched the computer screen and then handled my donut. My large ice caramel signature coffee was served without caramel on top. Someone off the clock walked in from her car and stood behind the counter, talking to the person making my coffee. That person handed her my coffee without paying attention. She hit a bar that was unclean, knocking off the whipped cream on the bar. The service was poor and unprofessional.

It was too small for dining and in general. Wayyyyy too many people just waiting for their orders. They have a shelving system to get orders out. It wasn’t efficient because they wouldn’t call the name out most of the time. So you have a crowd of people waiting for their orders in the area. It was too loud especially at 930am. They have a kiosk RIGHT at the door. Not enough space for the line for the register and the door. There’s only one entrance door. The other door is blocked from people coming IN on the side entrance. Parking was VERY tight and limited. I wouldn’t drive a truck like and F150 or a regular to extended SUV. Compact cars. People blocking the parking near the dumpster so the ones who ACTUALLY parked in a parking spot can’t maneuver out of. Bathroom was clean. Only one toilet per gender. Orders weren’t completed together. So you have to watch to see if your order is completed. They need to have a microphone for orders to be picked up because you can barely hear them over everyone else there. I went on a Saturday but I was enroute home. It’s only a ten min drive from the highway.

Very small Dunkin and not much room when the line gets long or when waiting, feels like we are standing on top of each other. There have been many times I’ve waited over twenty minutes for an order of only two things. Don’t come here after 3pm when the high school or junior high let’s out, lines get ridiculously long.

Love this place and I’m addicted to their iced coffees. Wish they had a drive threw and their parking lot can get crowded depending on the time of day. But if your in need of an iced coffee fix this is the place to go
