Christmas they messed up our order we called they said they’d fix it, we went to get the new order the blonde girl got serious attitude the manager an Indian man said dont disrespect my store. They refused to fix it. Then today we ordered through doordash and my husband called the store to ask a question for our order the manager said I am not talking to you and hung up. Then when the dasher came she said the manager has a message for you… ” if you ever call the store again, we wont send your order or service you.” I did call corporate. But this place is dirty, rude and always changing prices. The little blonde girl is going to catch the right one, one day. She is nothing but rude!!!! Wish I could give negative 5 stars. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. Burnt coffee is always an issue and half full macchiatos.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for over two and a half years, trying to be patient, but today I decided this will be my last visit. Their customer service is consistently poor. Even when a drink is supposed to come with whipped cream, you don’t get it unless you ask. Sandwiches often come with unmelted cheese, sometimes cold, sometimes burnt. The bagels never have enough cream cheese.
The coffee? Whether hot or cold, it’s just not good. And the biggest issue is no consistency if you get a decent order one day, don’t expect the same on your next visit. On top of that, they never make you feel welcome when you walk in or go through the drive thru.
Honestly, I feel like the only reason this location is still in business is because it’s a small town with not many options. But I’d rather drive to another town for Dunkin’ than keep settling here. I’m officially done with this location. I wish I could give zero stars to be honest!

Love Dunkin Donut coffee, whenever I visit USA, I keep enough stock of their ground coffee. I have stock all year around. I bought 10 bags a of DD coffee so that I cover for my needs for couple of months. This place is good stop on the go. Great service, very polite staff. Their reward program is great.

The people here don’t practice safe hygiene. They don’t wash their hands or wear gloves or properly wash anything else. Ever since I found out about this, I can’t go there, which sucks, because there’s not a lot of places left to go in Clearfield.

A great branch. Never have a problem here. I get fresh dark roast coffee. It’s always excellent. The staff is excellent and exhibit great customer service. I am always treated well. The donuts and food is very fresh and tasty. This is a excellent branch and I highly recommend!

I’m a Dunkin’ connoisseur, so I know the brand and its usual low bar. This location didn’t even hit that. Wake-Up Wraps were cold and gross—the only steam was from my head. Cold brew was thin and bitter, hot coffee tasted flat and terrible, nothing was worth finishing. Honestly, the only Dunkin’ going on here was us dunking it straight into the garbage can.
