Went there today and the drive thru was packed so I decided to go inside and order. Went in and stood at the register for 15+minutes as they just kept taking drive thru orders. They would look at me and just ignore me at the register. I left eventually and got coffee from somewhere else. So rude to not even be acknowledged after standing there forever being patient. I would have been helped in the drive thru faster if i waited in the line because apparently they only take drive thru orders and forget everyone that actually gets out of their car to come in. I won’t be back to this location. They suck.

Food is consistently good and the coffee is awesome but the employee Matthew is incredibly rude and I heard him saying pretty terrible things about both the store and his coworkers while getting my order in store. Can’t believe Dunkin lets someone so obviously toxic and unprofessional work there.

Lillian’s customer service was great! Any time I get food/drinks she always has a great attitude, friendly, upbeat and I’m very impressed with how she goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer! Great food too! Would highly recommend.

I just went through the drive-thru at like 6:45 a.m. And I ordered snack’in bacon, when I got it there were only two pieces of bacon in my bag and they were both icy cold and so I went back around and I told them what happened. They said they’d get me new bacon, and then when I get up there and I get my new bacon there’s more bacon but it’s still icy cold, and I used to work there and it should just be coming right out of the oven into a bag and then to the person who ordered it, so I don’t know if they’re just making all their bacon and then keeping a pile of it in the back. But every time I’ve gone now for the past 3 days I’ve gotten cold bacon.

By far the worst dunkin in this area. The staff are extremely rude and unfriendly screw up your orders and then act like it’s your fault. One day I was given the wrong order altogether and the employees proceeded to scream at me for it. The morning staff there are absolutely horrible and so slow I sat in the drive through one morning for 25 minutes on my way to work.

This location is so neat. They do this cool thing I’ve never seen anywhere else where you can order the same thing every time you go, and every time you go, you’ll get something different! It really keeps you on your toes. It’s like an allegory for life. Sometimes you don’t get what you want.
They appear to have taken this philosophy too far. The last time I visited this restaurant I got a completely different drink than I ordered. Usually, I would get what I ordered, but the proportions would be wrong (too sugary, wrong consistency, etc.) This time, all caution to the wind: you ordered a frozen mocha? We think you actually want an iced hazelnut.
There are definite pros and cons to this approach. I, however, prefer to get the type of drink I ordered. I already could accept that they would never make it the same way twice, consistency isn’t something offered at this Dunkin, but to completely disregard the style and type of drink is just a little bit too exciting for me

Why is it that every time I get the stuffed bagel minis they are cold and inedible? The one time I made the mistake of eating them like this and it made me sick. The cream cheese is all gross. Also, they frequently mess up drink orders.

The only thing good about the order was the donuts. The hashbrowns were burnt straight from hell, extremely greasy and had an odd nasty almost sewer water aftertaste. Coffees also had the sewer water aftertaste.
The breakfast wrap also managed to have the same weird aftertaste, probably because it was also fried for the turkey sausage.
Online order placing 2 minutes before arrival, waiting almost 3 more minutes in the drive thru somehow means the bagels, hashbrowns (aka hockey pucks), and breakfast wrap should be 100% ice cold.
All in all, I’ve been 2 times over the course of 3 months and both times were horrible in terms of food and drink quality. There’s always a weird taste to everything and something messed up. Drive the extra distance to a State College store because this location ain’t it.
