On February 1, 2026, at around 8:40 AM, I visited this location and ordered six donuts and one iced Americano. If the order had been prepared correctly and without unnecessary issues, I would have had no reason to feel dissatisfied or to leave this review.
Unfortunately, the cashier who took my order gave a strong impression—through tone, facial expression, and behavior—of someone who was unwilling to work professionally. My order was not listened to carefully, and items were entered arbitrarily before I was charged. When I questioned this, I was told that an iced Americano and an iced caramel macchiato cost the same, which is clearly inaccurate.
Additionally, the extra cup of ice I ordered was only about two-thirds full at best. Once a customer has paid, the quantity and quality of what is provided should match what was purchased. I am not expecting luxury or special treatment—only the basic value and accuracy that should come with any paid order.
After this brief visit, I was left with the impression that this location lacks a sense of responsibility toward its customers. That is disappointing, and it is the reason for this review

While Dunkin has its reputation, their food preparation is terrible. This was suppose to be a toasted sandwich. The bread was not toasted, cheese not melted and one sad piece of Turkey sausage that was cold when handed to me. Terrible. Would not recommend.

Cappuccinos are supposed to be frothy and milky. I swear they put actual coffee in my drink not espresso. It’s watery and tastes like regular coffee. Very irritating because this isn’t the last time. My friend got a mocha from here before. They complained the same.
Drinking it made me quite nauseous. One time I got a drink with cold foam and it tasted like it went bad. Also my drink was leaking everywhere in the DoorDash bag because they overfilled it. They gave me a grilled cheese that wasn’t cooked once.
Don’t go here. You’ll get sick or get half-assed drinks. I’ve given this place a lot of chances. The quality has been good before. I feel like it’s only good in the afternoon/night though. There might be something wrong with the first shift staff/managers. It may be affordable but it’s not worth the quality.

Waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru. When I finally got up to the window and paid I was informed they didn’t have the strawberry flavoring for the refresher I had ordered. This Dunkin’ location is one of the poorest run I have ever been to.

Poor experience thru the drive thru. Rushed and impatient. My order was wrong. Called and asked for a refund, lady said she cannot refund unless I bring my item in for proof. I had to turn back and go inside the store to show proof for the refund. They also got my refund $1.50 ish less wrong.

Most often than not they can’t get it right…if I tell them 4 cream and 6 sugar …I’m almost guaranteed to get 6 cream and 4 sugar ..even after telling them ♀️…Today I ordered a coffee with mocha shots…they charge you enough yet I taste ZERO mocha …Don’t even get me started on the food . Seriously I think my 12 year old grandson could do better

Another good Dunkin’ location. the staff is very friendly and helpful.. and patient with customers who need more time to get their order in.. which was nice to see… however the food was not the best .. the mini bagels stuffed with cream cheese are good for nothing. you are better off getting a full bagel with cream cheese.

I got a dozen donuts 4 glaze, 1 chocolate, and 7 plain. The seven plain are so hard we couldn’t eat them. For the price I paid, I would expect quality food.
