Pulled up to drive through around 1 on 11/4/25. Asked for a dz donuts. 3 toasted coconut. Was told they don’t make them at that location so changed to blueberry raised but got blueberry caked. Next I asked for 3 vanilla cream filled. Next was 3 peanutbutter filled and was told they were out. So I asked for 4 glazed raised and got 4 glazed cake and said just add another blueberry and vanilla cream. Pulled up to pay and asked for senior discount and was told they don’t do that. Box was handed to me and it opened and almost spilled. Lady at window could have cared less and was not personable at all. I won’t be back to that store.

By far my favorite Dunkin! Huge shoutout to the evening crew (9/9). Always treated with such kindness! And AMAZING service, I’m assuming the woman at the register (Karlie on receipt) was the one who brought the pup cups outside to our car. Pups and I recommend!

Never again. My husband spent over $5 for a FULL cup of ICE. We literally barely made it out of the parking lot and it was gone. If we weren’t in a rush we would have went back!

They never are open at 5am this location is horrible I come through 505 every morning wanting to stop and they might be open but 95 percent of time no one is there and if they are you can’t get anything cause nothing is up and running like espresso machine etc. manager needs new workers.

If there was a 0 star option I would select that. I pulled into this location, in a rush, and there was one car moving toward the pickup window. I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes, told to hold, and had to wait another 3 before my order was taken.
The attitude of the manager, who was running the drive through speaker, was very rude, as if me ordering anything was a chore.
I pulled to the pickup window were I waited another 5 minutes, one drink came out, another two minutes, another drink, finally 5 minutes goes by and I am asked to please pull around to the front to wait on my breakfast sandwich. I said no, I would wait here, and asked to speak to the manager. Another couple minutes goes by and I finally got my burnt horrible sandwich (see pic). As if the painful wait and charred sandwich weren’t enough both of my drinks were not the way I ordered and tasted horrible.
In total I spent over 25 minutes waiting for two coffees and a burnt breakfast sandwich.
I am normally a very docile understanding person, but I will never go within 100 feet of this DD again, and I plan on calling their corporate office. Do yourself a favor and go to the DD store on Pleasant Valley Blvd, or the new Starbucks by the mall.

i have never once gotten the complete right order here. paid for a $6 coffee and this time around there was absolutely no flavor, nothing. literally coffee and milk which is not what i paid for
