Super clean (including the restrooms!). Donuts look the best of any Dunkin I’ve been to and a great variety! Friendly staff – drinks great too. I don’t understand the low rating!

We were in as a group ordering dunkin, while one of the members in the group came out of the bathroom and the floor was wet, with no wet floor sign. He then slipped and fell on his back and the employees kept making coffee and did not even acknowledge that anything had happened. The employees then said they did not know what to do about it and did not even offer to fill out an incident report. He did not get a sincere apology, we are very disappointed and will not be going there again.

Sometimes they get really busy quite a bit and or they run outta coffee @and need to make more so I’ll maybe have to wait 5 mins drive thru but everything is sooooooo good best ice coffee and download there app and they scan it and get free things @fter u get so many points. Pretty cool

I’ve ordered here 10+ times since it has opened, mobile ordering included, and I’ve gotten my order completely right maybe twice. They have you check your order in the drive thru to make sure that you have everything, which is mind blowing to me. I’ve had items completely missing, wrong items, and items that were made incorrectly from what was described on the menu. If you order donuts, expect the wrong ones. Last mobile order, they threw away my receipt and I had to explain and show the employee that I did in fact order 20 minutes ago and already paid. Employees seem untrained and unaware. Very unorganized

ALF Friday morning 6 am. Dozen donuts. Glazing as thin as air. Donut texture as if made of foam. Wouldn’t get donuts from this place even if free. Not sure if Dunkin in general has gone this bad or this location is skimping customers. Terrible food quality. Only + was the smiling girl at the counter.

Usually don’t have any problems here, but tonight they tried to charge me $1.50 to just have a flavored chai latte in drive thru, not extra flavor, just the normal flavoring. I was told “they have been under charging me for all the previous drinks.” So you’re telling me all drinks get charged for flavoring??
