First time at the location, kinda disappointed. Breakfast sandwich was burnt, the stuffed bagels were kind of soggy. The drink was very good though not too sweet. Customer service is lacking.

I recently moved back to Zelienople after being out of state for a few years and I was surprised to see a Dunkin on main street near all of the great small businesses we have here. The store looks good from the outside, pretty clean on the inside and unfortunately since a lot of the businesses we use are closed on Sundays, we have had Dunkin 3-4 times since we have moved back and each time has been disappointing. The coffee and donuts are never fresh – the way the icing looks, melts off and bubbles, you can tell they are at least a day old. My kids barely eat them which is saying a lot. I always get mobile order and every single time at least one thing is missing from the order. I was missing 1/2 a dozen donuts today from my order and had to wait in quite the line to get the rest so it’s not a fast service if you’d like everything in your order there and correct. While the convenience of having a coffee shop open on a Sunday we can walk to in town is nice, it’s not worth it.

I will take the parking any day for the customer service at this store compared to Cranberry. Everyone is always so happy and helpful. Today, they were out of two donuts we ordered and the manager went out of his way to make it eight. Excellent service and great food and beverages!

The parking lot is not ideal. There are 2 entrances, but since it’s on the corner of a very busy intersection it is hard to get out of either one. I ordered 3 refreshers and 2 glazed donuts. They could not make the refreshers I wanted because they ran out of a product. They served my drinks promptly, however, they walked away and I had to wait 5 minutes for them to come back out and ask them for the donuts I ordered. I was given the incorrect amount of change when I paid. I had to correct the girl twice. The employees need to pay attention to their customers more than their phones. This was my first time at this location. Hoping to have a better experience on the next visit or I will not return.

Aside from the similar issues people have with parking, the service there is just such a disappointment compared to the other small town businesses. The attitude of the employees is disgraceful and the hype isn’t worth it. I’d rather give my money to delicious donuts and coffee at the other homey cafe up the street. Also the raspberry refresher tastes like cold medicine.

Need more employees. On a busy Sunday morning there were 2 employees working. The woman at the register was very kind, the other not so much. She was very overwhelmed. Everyone who placed a mobile order did not have their donuts ready with their order and she was very bothered by everyone who asked for them. They were also out of most choices (the ones on the bottom were hard to see), which she would reply “can’t you see I’m out?”, in a rude tone.

This is a great Dunkin’ location! The baristas are friendly and my order is always completed quickly. The parking is a little difficult but that’s okay. The interior is nice because it’s brand new.

Great new Dunkin in Zelie. The parking lot is a nightmare however during peak hours being so close to the main road and limited spaces. I advise ordering ahead for a quick in and out.
