Pleasantly surprised by this Dunkin Donuts. I had given up on this franchise a while ago because the quality from when I was growing up was just gone. However, after being in the area I stopping in today with my daughter because she really wanted to, we got some donuts. They tasted absolutely great with a ton of cream filling inside and everything. I will def be back to this store in particular to buy more. The lady that helped us was super nice as well. Only thing I’d have to complain about is the tables and chairs weren’t spotless. There were some crumbs on a couple seats of chairs at a table we sat at.

I would rate this experience terrible. I Ordered a large almond protein matcha, my go to drink, however when I received the item, their was so much ice in the drink I couldn’t even fit the straw throw the opening. I asked if they could remake one or if it would be easier just make one with no ice and I will put ice in it when I get home. Instead they give me a cup of milk, with all the matcha powder stuck to button.. not only was the products terrible but the customer service was also horrible, the entire time waiting for a new drink to be made, the lady (I presume a manger) wearing red kept staring at us with an unpleasant expression on her face.

parking lot was almost full with 3 people inside at tables. walked up to the donuts deciding what we wanted while 5-6 employees had a conversation and never acknowledged us. we walked out and won’t be back.

Someone’s kids yelling and screaming. The employees showed patience. Professional. Busy drive through but seating available. Someone walks you to tge restroom to gain entrance.

I was walking my dog, Ash, past DD and REALLY wanted a donut. Not knowing how to go about that with my little dog in tow. The employees were welcoming, helpful and friendly to me AND MY DOG!! . I got myself a French crueller and my dog a donut hole. They put his in a little cup with whipped cream and honestly just made our entire morning. My dog literally skipped home! I can’t thank them enough. Neither can Ash!

$4.40 for a medium iced coffee, just for it to be 3/4 ice and the rest coffee. Such a rip off. Plus the coffee tastes like crap, so 4.40 for what?

Went into Dunkin Donuts on Main Street here in Butler,PA two different days at two different times. Walked in waited for almost 10 minutes the first time with a group of employees not even bothering to acknowledge me waiting or anything. Several of them looked at me and carried on playing on their phknes and just talking and gossiping about customers and coworkers. So i ended up leaving and it was not worth it to continue waiting any longer.
Second time i went in a couple days later i was there waiting for almost 10 minutes and it was almost the same scenario. The tables were dirty and the floors were dirty, meanwhile, there were employees standing there not doing a thing but talking and playing on their phones. I continued to wait and called out to them, i got looks and then they just laughed and carried on with the same gossiping, phones, and laziness. This second time was a different day and time. No, they had no other customers or work being done. Finally, just as i was about to leave, an employee came out of the bathroom and was pleasant enough and took my order. The donuts I got were less than worth what they charge. The filled donut had pretty much no filling, and the blueberry donut was dry and terrible.
I recommend avoiding this location.

We went in mid-morning for a donut and drink, the inside was very dirty, not a single table was clean and the donuts were a little soggy. The woman working the cash register was very nice but it definitely needs a good cleaning.
