Made a quick stop on my way back from NY. Staff hardly cares about customers in store. My coffee was all over the lid. When I asked for a new lid, guy cleaned it instead and finally gave up and then put the lid.

The coffee is standard Dunkin. It’s good!
The donuts are bottom tier for this area. They’re fine, there’s just better places to go for donuts.
The sandwiches are delicious, though they are fairly expensive.
The staff is always very kind and helpful.
I don’t go here often but I’m always happy when I do. It’ll be interesting to see how the new Starbucks effects them.

I ordered a medium caramel macchiato with no ice I got the amount of coffee to fill up a small. The worker said that everything is pre-measured and they just put it in the cup. I have asked for no ice multiple times and haven’t had this issue before. The workers at this Dunkin have messed up my order numerous times and have also been very rude on multiple occasions. Absolutely pathetic service.

Update: as of my visit on 8/10/21, the store front is closed/locked and only the drive through is open. This is not clearly communicated via signage. It supposedly is posted on the top of the store hours on the storefront window, but if it is it’s tiny and only visible when the signage is inches in front of your face. It is not viewable from your vehicle. This should be clearly stated on a sign visible by passerby’s. Having folks get out of their vehicle to find the location locked is an easy way to deter customers.
After unloading my children to go in the store and then loading them back for the drive through, I was very agitated that the experience could have easily been avoided if their was clear signage on the door. I wanted to get my child a donut for their birthday. They were out. I ordered a drink instead and asked for whipped topping and sprinkles, as seen in a photo on the menu. The drink came out without topping. This was at least my 4th visit, spaced out over a few years. I’ve had an issue with every single order, should it be the food or drink order or with the staff. This is unreal to me and I won’t be a continued customer at this location. I’ve never had an issue at even the busiest locations in major cities.
I feel like the staff is always a little jumbled when I stop in. My orders for the most part are always right, but the drinks I order are never consistent in taste.

95% of the time, these employees here can not fill the coffee cup. My husband and I order extra large and the employees fill the cups to a large. But the price continues to increase. One of the worst dunkin donuts in PA.

SO NOT HAPPY WITH THEM!!!! My girlfriend brought me Dunkin. None was drank from it. She ordered it no ice. I got one the day before today and IT WAS FULL when i got it. I don’t care if stuff is pre-measured or not. FILL THE STUPID CUP UP MORONS!! So not happy with them.

I used to go here everyday three days in a row before work. The employees are too busy yapping to get my order right. The percentage is maybe 50% I get the right coffee. The coffee I order is basic, they need to pay more attention to their customers than their conversations.

I’ve been to a million Dunkins across multiple states. This one here in Dubois is by far my favorite. The taste is always the same. It’s not different on a day to day basis. The staff are very friendly. It’s always clean when I come in.
