I am DONE with this location. Idk what happened the last 3-4 months but wow. These drinks and donuts cannot be made by adults. Lol the iced coffee I get tastes like water with a hint of coffee flavor..I get 2 ice cubes total. The donuts ?! I’ll add a photo. This picture is actually not as bad compared to how it usually is. I’m done going there, just go to Irwin or Greensburg seriously do not waste your time or money!

I grabbed a caramel iced coffee every morning! before I doordash and also pick up deliveries! when it gets crazy there’s a wait time I’d recommend using the app and give it 15 minutes

Caution going in and out of parking lot/ there are traffic lights to help. Friendly quick service. Gave 4 stars food because I wanted sausage and got bacon, but I ate it. Got there around 1130 on a Friday and donuts almost all gone! Did get a couple.

Waited for about 30 minutes for one item while the employees waited on people that came in way after we did. I’m usually quite patient and I understand that places get busy during peak hours, but that level of service is not acceptable when i can go at least 6 other places for breakfast and coffee.

Not sure how you can mess up a donut my 4 year old cousin can make them it’s quite literally dough and icing and a few sprinkles, I asked for 3 strawberry not busy at all they handed me 3 strawberry donuts with the most half assed icing barely any. Mine as well of bought dough I would’ve went to a bakery if I wanted dough, anyhow very little bit of icing and sprinkles mostly dough, not sure how you mess up a simple donut that bad, it wasn’t even busy and your a donut shop.. and I also asked for a chocolate milk got repeatedly handed a whole milk and the third time they got me the chocolate milk? I’m sorry I didn’t know that was a hard task? I hate leaving bad reviews but it blows my mind how you can mess up a donut that bad especially such a simple one.. anyways one star won’t be coming back lol.

One of the better Dunkin’s in the area. The doughnuts are fresh and the crullers & sour cream ones are glazed perfectly for my taste, which is a tad heavy.

I waited in the drive thru line for over 45 minutes. I don’t know why it’s like this every time I go there no matter how early I get there. I had to leave the line multiple times because I’d be late for work. Absolute worst service. The one in south greensburg is better id recommend going there.

This Dunkin has really improved over the past few months. A few months ago, this Dunkin needed help. The staff was unfriendly, my order was always wrong, and the wait times were really long. Ever since the new makeover, the staff is friendlier, my order is never wrong, and the wait times are very short. They made huge improvements and I look forward from ordering from there. I recommend downloading the Dunkin app to make your experience faster, and to collect those Dunkin reward points. The only downside to this Dunkin is the location. It has a very small parking lot, and it is difficult to get in at times. Other than that, consider making this a stop while you’re traveling down Route 30. For a quick breakfast, I recommend their iced macchiato with an added caramel swirl and a bagel with strawberry cream cheese spread. It is fulfilling and will get you through the day. My wife usually gets the everything stuffed bagels which is another great option.

Went for coffee and donuts. First one to walk in no one is working counter. After waiting 25 minutes, Workers got the 6 customers behind us their orders before us. The donut selection was completely empty. Store is a mess. Highly suggest going to a different location. Disgusting and way too expensive.
