I come here every single day and order the same thing and every single day It taste completely different there is no consistency it’s all up to whoever is working that day. Almost every time I order by app ( to try to make it easier on them) I am frequently giving coffee without cream, sugar or foam, hell half the time I’m giving an iced coffee over what I actually ordered

Always some issue at this dunkin. Went through the drive through today and noticed when I pulled away from the screen they rung up the wrong drink. I got to window and they had it ready and it was definitely the wrong drink. I told the girl it was not correct and the one I actually wanted, she said ok and walked away. Was gone 30 seconds came back with the same drink, they added whipped cream and drizzle to make it look like the right one. 10 employees working but you can’t remake one drink. Terrible customer service and refused to make the correct drink. Management doesn’t care either. Had an issue before, waiting 10 minutes for a bagel and management got smart with me about it. Terrible terrible service.

This is the 3rd time I have stopped here and didn’t get what I ask for. I ordered a peppermint mocha with almond milk. One would think hot unless specified Right. It was iced who wants iced coffee in the winter time? Not me anyway. And when someone orders almond Milk its because you cant have dairy. Why would you pile it hight with whipped cream and chocolate. There’s only one girl there that knows what she’s doing. This one was too much in a rush in a hurry. I didn’t even give the dang thing back. Because it wasn’t even worth me. Doing it, I threw it away. Can’t give a storm on atmosphere. Because I didn’t goi.I went through the drive through. But I’ll give this place one more chance. Well, I did. And I will never go back

I am not sure if it is Tony or Toni, but either way Tony was really nice to me when I visited here a few days ago. The place looked clean. They were out of jelly donuts. Apparently their jelly donuts went from being not so popular to an overnight sensation it seems. Their jelly donuts might have wings since they seem to be flying off the shelves. Now you might be lucky if you can buy one. They don’t have a senior discount; however, they do offer a military discount. Not all of the Dunkin Donut stores are good, but this particular one is really good. I love Tony’s personality. He definitely shines.

Every time I visit the employees are very rude. I got a matcha today and it was milk and vanilla syrup ..6$ for milk and syrup I’m very upset. I went in drive thru because I couldn’t go in expected it to be quick didn’t answer for a few minutes until I said excuse me hello and I wasn’t rude and the girl said I’ll be with you when I get there. There were no other lines and no one inside I waited about 7 minutes till she took my order then had an attitude when she scanned my rewards.

This store has gone downhill with a week or two since the one manager left. I’ve been coming to this store for 5+ years and now all of the sudden my drinks are always wrong, there is no such thing as customer service, and when you try to get your drink fixed they try and blame you. Anywho this Dunkin sucks and I’d love to have the old crew back!

Old: Don’t get me started on how stupid the entrance is and I’ve passed up going to Dunkin’ several times because I don’t want to be waiting out on the road blocking traffic. Terrible design.
Also you can order the same coffee every time and every time you’ll get something that tastes completely different.

Not that the one on 30 by Westmoreland Mall is terrible, but it is a 50/50 that my iced latte will be good or not.
The one on 119 CONSISTENTLY makes my latte good. I’ve never had a bad one there. My hashbrowns were burned today… but, that’s not a regular thing. Wish they would bring back the little breakfast tacos, but alas, they have a new breakfast empanada & I wasn’t expecting much… but the outside is so buttery & flaky & the inside is very good & peppery. Much better than I had anticipated & I’ve already gotten 2.
