Got a dozen donuts, 6 glazed and 6 chocolate sprinkled. Got 6 glazed and 6 old fashion plain ones. The girl taking my order said they had every donut but couldn’t tell me any of kinds. And on top of it. The total was almost 16 dollars for a dozen dry generic donuts. Right down the road homemade ones are 4.99 a dozen that are actually fresh and taste good. Never going back

I have a 4 star because I bought a lot of items today and they couldn’t bag it up. I asked for a bag and they out two items in the bag. Not sure how one person can carry 7 items separately. I think someone should give them big enough bags for half dozen donuts 25 munchkins 3 avocado toast ( which are boxed separately. 2 orders of mini bagels. One ice coffee. I spent over 40.00 on this food. When I asked for a bag the did put two toasts in the bag which made them a mess before I got them home. Because in the box they are laid flat and they put them in the bag upright so the toast was flopping onto the lid. The picture from my car was after they put the two toast in the bag. Please get bags big enough for items so they don’t get messed up in little paper bags. Plus carrying all these items into the house with out a bag was a challenge.

I went there 3 days in a row to get the new brownie batter donut. Well every single time they were sold out. Just went through again was told they ran out at 11:30, why not make another batch since they are high demand.

Came do do a pickup for friends and to the woman at the drive thru window at the Somerset, PA Dunkin Donuts on 7/23/25 at 11:15 am, a huge THANK YOU for the great service and offering my little girl pup an extra treat to make her car ride extra special! Always got treated well here and I’m local, so I usually do come back.

I went to order a coffee through drive through. A very simple order black coffee with extra sugar. I got a coffee with cream and sugar not what I ordered. I went inside informed a worker of the error. Telling them I want a black coffee with extra sugar. Unfortunately they gave me a black coffee no sugar. How hard is it to make a simple order. It will be a long time before I go back. Not happy with service.

I don’t know why so many bad reviews here. I have no issue with this place. Sometimes the music is too loud, but okay. The donuts are great, coffee is great, no issues with the workers. I like it here. Some folks need to chill I think.
