This location has friendly staff, but they will rush you along if you are a person who is indecisive or needs a little bit more time to make a decision in the drive thru (guilty as charged over here ). Their coffee rolls are great!

Order number 6963 at the Wilkins Township Dunkin. Cashier took order but was too busy having a conversation with co worker she couldn’t even count my money right then gave me my food that wasn’t prepared right, then handed me my caramel macchiato that literally had no coffee in it was literally only milk and caramel. I read the side of the cup and she had put on it that I asked for a macchiato with 4 caramel drizzle which I did not but regardless it really ruined my morning getting a cup of milk with caramel and no coffee

Went here for breakfast this morning, and we totally appreciate how clean and organized this place was. This specific location doesn’t have a tap or a touchscreen self-service order thingy.
However, I really got disappointed when the cashier failed to ask me if I have a Dunkin’ Donuts app so I can earn points. It was too late, and I didn’t know you were supposed to input your ID or scan it, but she actually never asked about it. When we also ordered a Vanilla Sprinkles donut, she said it wasn’t available but the other friendly staff who I assume the manager or a higher up told us that they actually have it in the back. I feel like their cashier isn’t really doing a great job. Sigh.
Anyway, food and drink wise, they were all so good. We got a half dozen assorted donuts, French Vanilla latte, and a Cocoa Mocha Iced Latte, and we enjoyed every bit of it.

Shoutout to Brett who made my day! I stopped for a quick iced coffee while out running errands and was blown away by his customer service. His enthusiasm and peppy demeanor totally turned my day around. He even recommended a fun drink for my next visit (hot chocolate + coconut syrup, which apparently tastes like an almond joy) that I can’t wait to try out! It’s clear he loved what he does and he’s a wonderful representative for the brand. Thank you, Brett!

I rarely order from Dunkin but today I decided to change things up. I stopped and got a coffee sandwich and some donut holes. I know their sandwiches are microwaved so I don’t expect them to be very good today, It was like eating a stale bagel with a soggy piece of egg. The hashbrowns tasted like a dirty toaster oven. My donut holes were stale definitely from yesterday. At least the coffee was good. This is probably the third time that I’ve gotten stale donuts from this location. Very disappointing

Picked up a 6pk on donuts today. Not happy. Asked for a mix because im not picky so, when I got home I ate one donut, white cream inside with chocolate icing, well it was stale. Checked two of the others in the box and they were very dry and stale. I stopped going to dunkin donuts because you were always putting in a few stale donuts in your order. A few months ago got donuts and they were good so your back on my list. Not going back, back to giant eagle

I went thru the drive through last night asking for a decaf white toasted signature latte… After being up all night last night, I realized it was not decaf. I stated to the girl over and over again it had to be decaf on the drive through speaker and on the cup, it does not say anything about it being decaf. This location is going downhill because the employees are not very good at their job.I would not recommend this place and I think the owner needs to get more involved with his investment or sell to someone that will be.

I ordered 10 glazed munchkins. . They are so Dry and old. You have to drink something with them so you don’t choke on the dryness. Drink was good.

I went and got a hot chocolate with whipped cream like I always do. At first I took a sip of my hot chocolate and it was watered down but I didn’t have time to go back because I had to go to work. So I then decided to dump the whipped cream in my cup and that’s when I noticed that there was sugar or something at the bottom mixed in with the whipped cream. I called them and told them about it and they pretty much blamed me and said I put the sugar in it when I did not I don’t order any sugar packets or anything. And also as you can see in the picture that the sugar was mixed in and near the bottom of the cup and some of it was already melted in. This was the 4th time that they messed up my order and I will not be going in.
