Went here Wednesday Jan 21 in the drive through after being met with a bad attitude over the speaker. I ended up going with the $5 meal deal which is a rip off. I pulled around got my food & the 5 hasbrowns I received were ALL BURNT to a crisp and had a dark color. The Sausage, Egg, and Cheese wake up wrap I got had a piece of hair INSIDE the wrap when I opened it after eating half of it, and my ICED COFFEE WAS BEYOND FILLED WITH MOCHA SYRUP when on the receipt I only asked for 2 pumps. The syrup was all in the bottom piled up when I poured or down the drain. All in all this was my worst dunkin experience yet. Think I’ll be sticking to starbucks because their prices match their efforts and efficiency. Not to mention, the wrap was incredibly small lol.

THIS LOCATION SUCKS. The service I get here actually makes me think all of the Dunkin locations suck. Today at 12pm I pulled in the drive through and was deciding on what I wanted to get. I did not get a “Hi” or “Hello” but was just asked what I wanted to order. I said I needed a second. I was then asked again 3 more times. I obviously would have spoken up if I was ready to order. I don’t understand why I was rushed! So in a rush I ordered a drink the Toxic Latte without having enough time to review their menu and see if i could find a drink that sounds appealing to me. So, I get my drink take a sip and it is disgusting to me. I pull back in the drive through and explain that I don’t like the drink & asked if there was anyway I could have a replacement. The older manager was very rude and slammed the window on me and told me no she couldn’t replace it she stated she can only remake it. I did not want a remake of the same drink because if it was made correctly how it should’ve been it would taste exactly the same. I asked for a refund and they at first refused but then said “YOU’LL JUST LEAVE EMPTY HANDED” I mean obviously I wasn’t going keep the drink for a re-fund or re-placement. So I hand the drink back which I find it unsanitary they would even take it back & got my refund. No apologies what so ever for the bad attitudes and I was NOT satisfied with this solution.

Waited too long for a regular coffee and it tastes burnt. Breakfast not good quality. Only had ketchup for hash browns ahd they’re the worst. Thought id try them again. Bad choice

The drinks are never filled, they’re always too sweet and just nasty. If I order a Large Cappuccino I’ll get half a cup. Large Latte, half a cup. Sandwiches are nasty. Donuts are nasty. I’ve given it multiple chances and I give up.

I visited this Dunkin today at 12:04pm, and I will more than likely not be back. I’m not sure if the the woman on the windows name was Julie, or if the woman taking the orders over the speaker was Julie–but thats the name on my ticket, she was incredibly rude to me over the speaker, I had a relatively big order so I paused after every item to not be overwhelming and every item she sighed so loud I could hear it, then when I mentioned that i’d like a frozen caramel coffee she rung it up as an iced coffee with cream when I corrected her, she said okay so you want the caramel cream, I said does that have coffee in it? she she gets an attitude with me, and goes, yes thats why I said caramel cream. like I was supposed to know. I had originally said with whip but misspoke and said “No whip my apologies” but she rung it up with whip cream anyway, and I ordered a chocolate doughnut and it was forgotten as well. They were NOT that busy to be giving me so much attitude and forgetting my items. We all have bad days, I’ve worked in food service my whole life, but just because we have a bad day, or something is wrong—you never take it out on the customer it is not their fault.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! The worker’s taking drive through orders always have the absolute worst attitude. There was a miscommunication on what vanilla I wanted in my cold brew so I sat at the window just to take a sip & make sure the miscommunication was cleared up. I hear the white lady with the brown hair in a ponytail say “I don’t know why they sit at the window & drink their drink” & several workers looked at me weird after she said thus, confirming she was talking about ME the paying customer. I just don’t understand why the workers here are beyond rude & the business refuses to do anything about it.
