One star because they cut the hours of their best employee! I started coming here as a regular recently. Kiersten is the sweet, accurate, informative, and so much more. Losing her is a huge blow to this location. Good customer service and hard workers are difficult to find and she checked every box. Now this wife and mom of 3 has to drive to Peter’s to their Dunkin’ as she was transferred there. Any other time I’ve been waited on by anyone at another location, it’s never the same. I may find a new breakfast spot once she’s gone. Shame on you management!

Haven’t even touched my food yet but wanted to take a second to Meg who was in the drive through today to thank her for not letting me overpay her. Times are tough and if she would’ve pocketed the money for herself I would’ve never known. Thank you for being kind and honest! I don’t feel like people leave positive reviews anymore but hopefully her boss will see this cause she’s doing a great job 🙂

Out of basically every donut at 9:15 AM. Waited in line for 10 minutes, didn’t see any donuts being made and numerous customers were disappointed. I’ll stick to other coffee shops in the future.
The door is at the back of the building. Weird. The parking lot is confusing and I had to walk through the drive through to get to the door.

Waitedd too long because of the new employee in the dunkin, he kept arguing with the one regular employee who was taking my order, such a rubbish place, I loved to visit when there were only two employees(the couple) they are too sweet. But today it was insane wait only because of the new guy, you guys should shut the dunkin down.

I’ve only gone here 3 times and I use the drive thru but all of those times they have been EXTREMELY slow. I went today just to get a refresher and my sister got a water, there was a person in front of us and it took them 15 minutes to get there food, they got there food and the lady was still sitting there as if the dunkin workers forgot something, while she was talking to the workers my family backed out of the drive thru because of how long it was taking. I am very upset cause I don’t know how all that stuff can take that long. Don’t get me wrong the drinks are good there but I’ve never got the food.
