I have been going here almost daily and for now I won’t be returning. They robbed me this morning after not having the two dream refreshers I had already paid for on the mobile app. I asked for a refund and swapped one of them for a different drink. The drink I received was cheaper than the initial drink. I was only refunded $5.18 for the one when the refund should have been $6.24. I was then never given the difference on the other one which before tax is $4.87 when I paid $5.89 ($6.24 with tax) so it already has over a dollar difference before tax. The girl argued with me till I decided to just hang up as I was getting nowhere with her. Would be nice to think a well known business wouldn’t rob loyal customers or anyone for that matter. Customer service has gotten me nowhere since either you can’t hear them or understand them. Included is what both refreshers cost normally on a receipt from another store later in the day. As well as difference in price before tax and proof of what it was swapped for and the incorrect refund. And my online receipt from original purchase.

Check your order before you leave. I ordered everything stuffed minis and got plain. Ordered jelly donuts and they ALL were the pudding from the boston creams no jelly in sight. XL hot chocolate for over $4 and it hardly had any chocolate in it it was water with a whisper of chocolate. An XL coffee with 6 cream and 6 sugar and it had hardly any sugar! This place needs A LOT of work if they are going to make it! Only plus was the very nice employee at the drive thru window.

I know they’re still learning and it’s going to take time. I visit this Dunkin every morning to see how the progress is showing. They still need to learn that when putting the swirls in the coffee they actually have to stir it up otherwise it’s sitting on the bottom. Customer service is 50/50 some days they are so polite others you can cut the tension with a knife. I will still continue to visit as they work out the kinks but i hope to see that they work improve as the new year comes
