My husband and I had quite a disappointing experience at Dunkin’ today. We ordered a large iced coffee through mobile order. The staff member assisting us was a colored young man with curly hair. He was too inattentive and not welcoming at all. While picking our order, we asked about redeeming the “free donut with purchase of a large drink” offer, and it seemed like he did not fully understand our question even after we repeated it several times. He then abruptly said that we could not redeem the offer because it was not applied in the mobile order at the time of purchase and that we would need to buy another drink. Absolutely unreasonable and absurd! When we asked for clarification, he referred us to the manager. The manager was busy handling drive-thru orders and didn’t talk directly to us. We heard her saying – “just give them a donut.” Her tone came across as dismissive and disrespectful. The overall interaction made us feel unwelcome.

We truly enjoy Dunkin’ and usually visit the one at Pine Tree, where we consistently receive friendly service. This was our first visit to the one at S. Meadow, and sadly, it did not reflect the positive experiences we’ve had in the past.

We hope management can provide better customer service training to ensure a more welcoming environment for guests in the future.

Fabulous place! A clean, neat store. Prompt, efficient, friendly service. A good selection at stellar prices. Conveniently located right on Route 13 in downtown Ithaca. Delicious food served fast. Shenelle did a wonderful job checking me out. Highly recommended!

After multiple times coming in recently and experiencing orders that were consistently incorrect or missing items and getting attitude while trying to get it corrected? Attempted doordash order resulting in my dasher almost quitting due to same attitude turned on her all because she inquired about almost $ 20 in missing food from order. If you want Dunkin I would strongly advise using the one on Elmira road by Home depot or anywhere else beside this one. I seriously do not understand how this attitude towards customers has been allowed for so long….

I placed a medium order at 7:23 AM and arrived at 8:30 AM to pick it up. I knocked several times, yet no one came to acknowledge me or offer any assistance. When I called someone finally did respond, I was told that I needed to wait in line and that parts of my order were not even available. I was also informed that I would need to figure out how to cancel the order on my own.

This entire experience was audacious, unhelpful, and mean spirited. It showed a lack of care, effort, and basic courtesy, especially given that I planned ahead and arrived on time. The treatment I received was simply rude and unacceptable.

I stopped by this location and had a concerning experience. An employee who appeared to be the manager came in visibly upset and was loudly speaking on the phone. She was criticizing corporate and complaining about being “slammed,” even though there was only one car in the drive-thru. She was forcefully placing bags on the counter and stated that she was “going to quit this terrible company.”

She also refused to assist customers inside and directed everyone to use the drive-thru instead. If she is in a leadership position, her behavior did not reflect the professionalism expected of a manager.

I would like to recognize the young man who was also working at the time. Despite the situation, he remained positive, polite, and provided excellent service. He handled himself very professionally.

I ordered only a signature latte in the app and they couldn’t be bothered to put the cinnamon sugar or caramel drizzle on. The order is written out in front of you on a sticker and on the computer and you still can’t make it correctly. Rhe staff was rude. And there was a homeless person blocking the driveway so they could collect empty cans. Will never be back.

Dunkin is just phoning it in. Their service is pretty much always abysmal, but the food is usually ok, and the coffee is always good.

The coffee is still undeniably great, but seriously with the food? You can’t do better than a burned sandwich?

Giving it 1 start because of bad customer service. After waiting for a long time for my order, I asked the front desk girl how long she thinks it would take. I said it nicely, I just wanted to have an idea, I wasn’t rude to her or disrespectful. She went crazy and yelled ” Don’t come here and rush people”
I told her I’m not rushing her, I literally just asked a question.
This was my first and last time at this DD. Never again!
Oh and the machine shows you can buy a 16 oz bottle of milk for $2.5, but they don’t have that available and only give you a cup filled with milk. Not the same and they should not show pictures of a bottled milk when they only have cups.

Terrible. Even ordering ahead, orders wrong half the time & they take forever! Ive waited 30 minutes twice for a small order.. if it wasnt already paid for. Id just left like i seen 5 cars do in the drive thru.. they take even longer inside..I mean its coffee and pre made sandwiches, its not like cooking a gourmet meal. Get your ish together Dunkin.
