Some staff are kind and polite, while others are very rude. I was scolded for not knowing that they toss out all the donuts an hour before closing. I apologized and explained that I was not aware because the mobile app indicated that donuts were still available to order. Then, I was given attitude and scolded again. Interesting experience.

I had ordered a dozen doughnuts and a hot chocolate through the app for pickup. When I arrived at the location, they told me that they had thrown out all of their doughnuts for the night, and didn’t give me the hot chocolate either. They told me to contact dunkin for a refund. I did. I called and sent approximately 15 emails to them, with minimal to no response. I never got my refund, and this occurred months ago now. I will absolutely never return here or to another dunkin again. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service, and it honestly is the worst I have ever experienced anywhere. I don’t typically write reviews or complain, but I’ve just been so frustrated and now have wasted $20 on products I never received and never got a refund.

Waited over 20 minutes for 1 coffee and sandwich. I got my sandwhich then got completely ignored by staff as they all saw me patiently waiting for my coffee. I tried getting their attention 2 times. Then was asked what I was waiting for. When I showed the receipt to the lady she acted like I was a burden. I was patient and waited as she made coffee orders for people whom came in after me which really started to confuse me. Never coming back.

Average food. Subpar customer service. 1 or two people are really nice and welcoming. Others will have you sitting at the open window waiting for your food and drink while they sweep and talk with others. Then go- “oh i never made her drink” and never washing their hands in between. Not worth the money or experience.

The staff that run this Dunkin’ are the hardest workers I’ve seen in a long time. They are also all so kind and personable. I really enjoy our quick chats in the mornings when I grab my coffee.

Stopped in to order coffee was told after about 3 min someone would be with me after 5. I walked out. I guess they prefer I use a screen rather than person to order. Went across to street and got coffee right away from a person

They really need to do a complete sweep on the staff here. They are super rude for absolutely no reason, no matter how polite you are to them. I was the only one in the drive through and I was met with attitude by the 2 employees working, like I’m inconveniencing them for being there. I’ve been coming to this location for a long time and this is the worst service I’ve seen here. I’m just being honest, the coffee I ordered does not taste good enough to make up for the sass I received.

This place is a disaster, not sure why it’s even still in business. The staff is rude, the wait is always long no matter how many workers are on. You can usually find 1-2 employees staked up in the corner of the dividing fence smoking their cigarettes and weed. Shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee before work.

Took 20 minutes to get a simple order and 3 of the six items were delivered incorrectly. There was only one other customer in the store at the time. Staff handled it poorly and became confrontational. Somehow, the drive through seemed to breeze through order after order without delay.
