I go to this dunkin on a regular basis. Even with no waiting vehicles I can wait up to five minutes for someone to give me my order. I always order ahead on the mobile app. Workers will constantly walk by the window and pay no attention to it. I have had to honk my horn more than once to get my purchased items. Today 1/4/26 purchased a sourdough breakfast sandwich. I live 10 minutes away and don’t normally look at my food until I’m home. Opened up my boxes to find one slice of bread and 2 eggs. No bacon no cheese and missing a slice of bread. Tried to call and complain only for it to go straight to voicemail them immediately hang up after the beep.

I’d give a half of a star rating if I could. I order all the time here (nearly daily) as I pass it daily. Almost every time I order something gets left out or messed up. Mobile ordered (20 mins prior to arriving) a box of Joe and 24ct of munchkins last week for my construction crew when I get there nothings made (they’ve got no customers when I got there) waited 15mins at the window they finally hand me the box of Joe and say have a nice day. Being pissed off by the wait on a box of coffee and munchkins after ordering long before getting there I don’t realize until I’m almost to my job site they left out the munchkins…. Overall terrible service and shockingly bad food especially considering it’s pre made for the most part they literally have to just put it together…. Also to make matters worse they don’t have an operating phone number there so you can’t ever call to give feedback or make things right when they mess up your order or literally just leave things out…

This is what I received upside down in my bag this morning from Dunkin. 1 the bacon is whole pieces which makes it impossible to get to my hash brown. 2 the hash browns were all combined as one because they were so packed into the cup. 3 the hasbrowns were super crispy and some had to be thrown away. I’ve gone to this Dunkin multiple times and it’s gets worse every time!

The Bagel is raw I asked for 2 extra toasted everything with cream cheese. You can tell it was toasted because it was warm when I got it but the bagel is raw its chewy and gross I took one bite and couldn’t even finish the one bite. I got two bagels so I went to look at the other bagel and it’s the same way. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t know what happened I come in and get bagels with cream cheese all the time and they have NEVER been like this. Service was good super friendly I’ll still get my coffee just not my bagel.

Always rude, no actual service unless u have a car, food is mid and they get the order wrong often and when their kiosk is broken you cant order at all unless in drive thru. They also dont take money which is the most inconvenient thing ive ever heard of.

Have never had a good experience at this Dunkin. They are always out of everything, wait time is terrible, the list goes on. Ordered a latte just to be told the espresso machine it “down” so I got a plain croissant with butter and this is what I received. Absolutely disgusting. Not even worth going back and complaining about.

I am very disappointed today. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk just a kiosk. If I wanted to order from an app I would have. I ordered the from the list my wife got me on the kiosk.
From just around the corner in the kitchen I herd a staff member swearing and saying “do they not read the sign to have a staff member help with ordering donuts because we do not carry all the ones listed” this statement was repeated 3 times with even more colorful.
Dear Corporate:
I want a real person at take my order
There was no cash options just app or card, I want cash options!
If you put a sign up that I need a real person to order donuts at a donut shop, then there needs to be a behind the desk 99% of the time l.
This was a customer service fail!
PS also out of begals so no protein options
