First things first, I was a regular here, BUT, I don’t know what’s going on lately. Past few weeks has been a quality issue after quality issue. And I’m afraid to say anything because this new staff, is rude as hell and almost refuse to accept fault for anything wrong with the quality of the coffee. I ordered a hot coffee with cream and sugar, simple. however over the past few weeks, I’ve gotten a few questionable coffees. Two times (one of those times was yesterday) I have received a mildly hot coffee with creamer that doesn’t blend in, in fact some pieces of the cream, were large enough chunks it looks like cottage cheese. Now, let’s fast forward to my phone call to the store. I called, they essentially told me I was lying, and the girl who was in the background was telling the girl I was speaking with I was crazy……. Ya. I heard the entire conversation and it was disgusting that my cottage cheese coffee was genuinely a non issue for them. So to be clear. I’m always kind and courteous and understanding, but this is disgusting. Attached are the photos from my chunky coffee yesterday after trying to stir in the “frozen chunks” as they called them, and still a pile of floaters on the cup.

So I got a shaken espresso today at 3:13, and I paid, like, almost five dollars for this, and guys can’t fill it to the top, and there was a lot of foam on top of this after the foam dispenser, and the guy who made it didn’t even want to be there at all, and when I took it back in, the guy had a little bit of attitude about it, and it will probably be my last time there too. And the funny part is I got one yesterday, and it was filled to the top. I guess it all depends on who is working that day.

The staff was very friendly this morning, unfortunately the pumpkin muffin that I ordered had a big bubble area of uncooked batter in the top half of it (and judging by the looks of the other pumpkin muffins and the coffee cake muffins they were all like that) so I couldn’t eat that part and the blueberry munchkins weren’t glazed very well. Please try not to spread salmonella with uncooked foods in future. (3 stars is for friendly staff, if they weren’t I would be giving 1 star)

I am currently standing in the Olean DD and I have been waiting for well over a half hour to get waited in and to receive my food. Drive through at this location is obviously more important than people standing at the cash register

Went here today and saw a sign on the door that said Lobby closed due to the only being 2 people there today. Okay! I’m happy to go through the drive thru, but wait… another sign saying in fact the drive thru is also closed! I was one of 6 people who pulled in during the very few minutes I was at this location. I can only imagine the revenue lost in these hours.

I waited in line for 30 minutes. There were four cars in front of me. When I got to the window, the worker didn’t even know which order was mine. When I received my avocado toast with bacon, there was no bacon on it. It was handed back to me like it shows in the picture. I had to pay extra money for the bacon so I asked for more. It took several minutes after talking to three different workers to get a bag with a single slice of bacon. Upon arriving at home, the bread was not even toasted. I am very disappointed in the quality of service and the taste of the food.

I was literally starving today so when they handed me my sourdough breakfast sandwich (my fave) I actually inhaled it in 1 bite and didn’t get a picture for a review lol… Today I also got a pumpkin cream cold brew coffee, so delicious. My goal is to try all their seasonal flavors this fall!
