I come during brunch hours or at the wee hours of night (after 10pm), and I always have a good experience! The workers get my drinks fast in drive, and so far my food orders are always right when dining inside.
(Tonight’s review:) I enjoyed the new Sangria drink, got it in black tea version today, the cookie butter latte was quite nice as well. I find the customer service is polite, and my drive-thru interaction was whimsical, which was great because it was so gloomy outside lol.

Ordered 2 coffees, one with hazelnut, and sweetners on the side, one bagel, one bagel breakfast sandwich. Drive thru worker could barely speak English and kept interrupting me as I ordered. What I got was 2 coffees, both with hazelnut, no sweetners, and no breakfast sandwich. Perhaps if I was allowed to order uninterrupted and the window person actually listened, it may have gone better. Now to the coffees- both were very weak, watered down, almost tasteless, aside from the slight hint of hazelnut. Wasted $10 on basically a bagel, coffees went in trash.

I switched from oat milk to real milk and the guy and girl there both gave me horrible looks. I later found a huge wade of hair in my drink. I dont know if cow milk is against their religion but they clearly got upset with me and put nasty hair in my drink. It was a big wade it did not fall in there. It was the guy and girl that barely speak english. beware everyone

When I brought my 5 year old in i asked for a kids temperature hot chocolate When I gave the hot chocolate to my kid the drink burnt his tounge. I went and to talk to an employee and he asked what was wrong And when I told him he said “I never heard of that in my life” that being the temperature i asked for, he proceeded to point at a machine and said it just comes out of that, which is like ok cool but when I tried to ask for some cold milk to at least cool it down because my son cant drink something that hot, he told me he would have to charge me which made no sense because im asking for a slight bit of milk for my sons drink that is burning his mouth and not a whole cup worth. This employee had no common courtesy for my son or his well being.

Person who took my order charge my credit card medium black coffee 3 different dates which I did not went those day. On November 13, 2025 same person not sure if he a manager at DD. He just look at me if I had a problem. Because of this situation I will not return, please look at your statement of not being charged more than once.

Everytime I order avacodo toast with bacon, I never get bacon this is all the time they get everything in my order correct but the bacon on the avocado toast. This is the 4th time this has happen. Check your bacon if ordering avacodo toast. emplyes are very nice and friendly.

I had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience at this DD location today. I am Sooooo mad still!!! I stopped here on my way to the laundromat to wash my winter comforters and I simply ordered a sausage/ egg/ cheese croissant for myself, and a sausage/ cheese croissant for my hubby and a strawberry Sabrina daydream. I pay 14.98 for my order and go on my way. Low and behold one of the sandwiches has NO SAUSAGE!!! I finish washing my comforters and throw my sandwich back in the bag in my car and said I’ll take it back on my way home. I get back to DD and the manager/ owner/ head honcho/ sandwich king or whomever he is takes my return to the level of WW3!!! I said sir, I don’t want my money back I would just like the sausage on my sandwich. He accused me of taking the sausage off of the sandwich, eating it and then asking for another sausage!!! REALLY??? I said sir you messed up the order and all you should do is say sorry, my bad and I’ll make you another sandwich. It was RIDICULOUS!!! This guy argued with me for at least 5 minutes!!! By this time I didn’t even want the sandwich. Needless to say, I COULD BE STARVING, and I would NEVER eat from this location again. They don’t deserve ANY of my hard earned money!!! I wish there was an option for NO STAR BECAUSE THEY CERTAINLY WOULDN’T GET ONE!

I waited in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes, just to get a coffee. Then when I finally got my coffee, it tasted horrible, burnt and old. This location is also the most expensive of the area Dunkins.

I didn’t get the man’s name but it seemed like he was alone getting hit by a lot of cars. It’s 11 pm and he handled it like it was 5am and everyone had to go to work. He’s was super kind and fast. He even gave me and my boyfriend a donut which just so happened to be his favorite. I’d definitely recommend this location any time of the day.

This place is a hit or miss and when they miss, be ready to be confronted with attitude. I worked at dunkin for 4 years when i was still in college so I understand people make mistakes. But I don’t understand how, if someone doesn’t like how their coffee/food was made and their nice about it, how you can be rude to them and refuse to make another. I get the same coffee without fail, if somethings off I say so politely. If you don’t like your job……quit? Or find one where you don’t have to work with people. I’m just trying to wake up before work ♀️
Also this isn’t how it’s always been. The people who used to work there were wayy nicer.
