The workers there are snobby and rude. I have met one singular nice person at this location. I’ve gotten a blueberry muffin twice now and both of the times the muffin wasn’t even baked fully. Theres also black dots on the honey cruller. If I could give 0 stars I would because this is just gross.

Love this location. Just down the road from my house so it’s super convenient. But besides that, the employees are always friendly. Ordered a delicious five dollar meal today. The coffee was perfect, the bacon wake up wrap was hot and delicious in the hash browns were hot and tasty. Thank you to the employees, keep up the great job!

This place should be closed and employee’s trained properly on how to make coffee. The management here sucks, firing the good employee’s and not properly training the new ones. Why can’t you just make the iced coffee properly, is it to hard? Half the time there’s no flavor and the other half it’s just nasty tasting. Get with the Program Dunkin, cause Tim Hortons is right across the street from you, and I don’t mind spending more for a iced cap.

Showed up at this Dunkin yesterday morning (Oct. 25) about 10 am. There must have been 8-10 employees working behind the counter. I was told when I got up to the counter to order that I would not be permitted to order any food given how “busy” they were. I’ve been to a ton of Dunkin locations and never once have I been told they are pausing the food regardless of how busy they are. Unless their equipment was down but this was not the case.
They had maybe 6-8 customers in the drive-thru line. Not that busy. It was 10 am and this is Dunkin Donuts…its going to get busy at times. But to just stop serving food for selective people is rediculous and horrible management.
I watched other people come up and get their food and they had ordered just before me. I guess they made the cutoff. Not to mention i still waited 20+ minutes for my coffee (just a coffee). I wouldnt have ordered the coffee had i known how long it would take despite not even being able to order food. They had 8-10 workers there and couldnt handle 8-10 customers to the point that they decided to just refuse service to certain people so their job would be easier. I wonder how Dunkin would feel knowing they are likely losing money all the time at this location with the lazy workers and management they have now.

Got 2 drinks and 2 donuts. Took about 10 minutes. Only three cars in the drive thru. I got a refresher. The cup had dirt and clothing fibers on the inside. Didn’t realize until I drank half of it and then I had to throw the rest out. Also got a cookie butter cold brew. The worker did not know how its made and my sister had to explain to her how to make it. And then the worker forgot to put the cookie butter syrup in it. Terrible. This is the last dunkin id go to.

I put in a mobile order and showed up 10 minutes later. They had not started the mobile order until I arrived. They only made the drink and the cup was super sticky on the outside. Then when I asked for the donut I ordered they acted like it was super inconvenient for them to provide the donut. They had no one in the store or drive thru. Donut was super stale.

Don’t come to this Dunkin, they suck. Been coming here every day, they make drinks wrong and then when you bring it to their attention the staff cocks an attitude and blames it on the autistic employee and threatens to call cops on you because THEY made your drink wrong. It’s not rocket science, I worked at Dunkin years ago. It’s sad and pitiful is what it is. Get a different job if you can’t handle it.

That cute girl working today made my birthday extra special. She made the frozen coffee really good and said she hoped my birthday was amazing. It in fact has been one of the worst in a while and that brightened my day. Give that girl a raise!

They took 20 minutes and I’m not even exaggerating 20 minutes to take my order inside.
The lady was not enthused to be working. Once I ordered took another 15 minutes to get my food. I won’t be back at this one they are not fast at all
