I visited Dunkin today and was shocked to hear Kelly was fired. She was the best most genuine employee I’ve seen in my two years coming here. My husband and I always appreciated her. No idea why this store would let one of their best employees go.

I’ve always enjoyed visiting this Dunkin’ because the staff used to be cheerful, friendly, and outgoing. Recently, however, the atmosphere has changed noticeably. The employees seem discouraged, the service less professional, and it’s rare to see a manager present. Letting Kelly go was a mistake—she was one of your strongest team members.

The manager, Makayla, was shockingly rude, and the disrespect I experienced was completely overwhelming. I have never encountered someone in customer service who made me feel so dismissed and uncomfortable. This Dunkin’ has gone downhill fast since the previous crew left, and it’s heartbreaking to see how badly things are being handled now. Upper management urgently needs to step in and address how poorly this store is being run.

Good donuts. They have other good like sandwiches and gift cards are a useful way to pay it forward. Helpful staff and get you gas at this one too.

Why is this always what I get? I haven’t even taken a sip yet. I paid for a medium but never ever ever get a full cup of coffee and now I get this much foam AND not a full cup? I took a sip after this photo and it tastes like garbage and doesn’t taste like there’s any caramel in it. How does this happen every single time? Please fill up the cups we’re paying for a full cup & if its the last of the coffee and you can physically see that there’s this much foam in it….dump it out and give the customer actual coffee???? Last time I had to ask them to dump out the foam and fill it up and it was the end of the world to the worker…. give a good cup of coffee the first time? 1 star because this is a continous issue.

Super inconsistent service & quality at this location. Some days it’s great, other days it takes 15 minutes to get through the drive thru and you wind up with a sandwich looking like it was thrown on the ground before they gave it to you…

some mornings i’m planning down to the last minute. this dunkin has ALWAYS had my order ready on time, order is always accurate unless i order wrong on the app. i go to this dunkin at least 3 times a week because of how good they are.

This is the worst Dunkin ‘ in Webster. Their coffee is always not fresh and more importantly, more than 3/4 of their staff has a terrible attitude. There’s a blonde girl working the drive-thru. The past three times have been there and she is the absolute snarkiest person I’ve ever met

Walked in about 7am in need of a cup of coffee and I was treated to the manager yelling at the high school kids working about forgetting a doughnut. All this in front of costumers. Then the truck driver filling the gas station needed her car moved because she parked on top of the fills. Yeah we all got to hear how she didn’t need to move. A little advice, if you hate your job so much get a new one
