It’s Christmas Eve and I came through the drive-through, when I came up to pay I wasn’t even greeted I said hello to the man placing my payment for my order at the window and he ignored me. After he gave me my drink and donut I looked at him in his eyes and I said thank you. He turned his face and said your welcome in a grinch voice. WHERE IS THE HOLIDAY SPIRIT PEOPLE!!!

Stopped in for coffee. They were busy I’ll give them that but I stood at the counter waiting to order for several minutes and not a word from any employee. One worker gave me the side eye several times but never acknowledged my presence. Left and won’t be back.

Granddaughter usually loves DD. However, tonight we ordered hot chocolates as special Christmas treat. They were SO overly hot, her tongue & leg was burned due to having to spit it out. Four hours later, still burned. We had to throw all out. Worst hot chocolate I ever had. Poor kid crying half the night.

Its a coffee and donut shop with mostly teens/young adults behind the counter. Its exactly what you would expect in a normal business as such. Not perfect, but definitely not as bad as some people have reviewed as. I come almost everyday since i work close by. Some days are better than others with service. Food is always fine and the place is really clean.

Twice this week I ordered a Medium Iced Caramel Latte. Both times they messed up but was too late to go back as I was on 104 headed to work. I don’t think the kids listen because there was NO Caramel in either.
