Girls taking drive-thru orders couldn’t show less enthusiasm (if you need a coffee then please drink one – if you don’t like working there then please don’t) At the pick-up window many don’t even speak ! My order is consistently 2 white creams with chocolate frosting/icing – 85% of the time they’re great. But then there are days when all you can taste is cooking oil , or they have awful blue icing, or they have only a tiny bit of cream 1/4 of the way through or there’s none at all – and then there are the mornings (like today) when they feel and taste like they were baked 2 days prior ! Seriously ? I went at 9:15 , later than most days but I would still expect fresh tasting donuts – which I did and they were not.

I pre-ordered 2 dozen donuts and a box of hot cocoa to pick up this morning. I got there and was immediately given the food and drink I ordered. It was fresh and looked great! My students all said the hot cocoa was amazing!! Thank you Dunkin!

It’s a very clean new location but it’s definitely lacking. It always takes a while to be served and whenever I’ve went in I’m the only customer in there. I had several gift cards for DD so I went in a few times to get a dozen sorted donuts for my family. They were always just okay. I haven’t been back since there was a huge hair on the top of one of the donuts and no one removed it from the case and it was served to me. Honestly don’t know how they didn’t see it since it was extremely noticeable.
They did replace the donut, it just grossed me out.

Had an app order including Starry drink-they were out of. The equivalent drinks all had caffeine-I didn’t want today. They allowed another drink without caffeine. Thank you! Enjoyed my breakfast!

This is the only dunking in NY state that claims they can’t make a drink because they don’t have strawberry puree.. hmm they had it last week.
That’s bad enough but when I took the drink back in to get my money back because they just made it wrong instead of telling me they don’t have strawberry? They were rude claiming they’re both managers and know they don’t have it… that’s funny.. you did last week dear.. and the staff was friendlier

They are threatening extremely sick employees to terminate them if they call in. I’m talking about employees with the flu,etc. My son is autistic and they have him so scared to lose his job that he I had to force him to stay home so that he wasn’t spreading his germs to the customers. I went in and tried to speak to them and the manager woman was unbelievably rude to me and told me she didn’t have time to speak to me. Then they ignored me and wouldn’t give me the rest of my order. I ended up having to leave without it. I have personally witnessed her rude speech and behavior to the other employees multiple times. Just beware that your food could be contaminated if sick employees are working.

Big shoutout to the girl working the drive thru window this morning March 5th 8:30am. Someone had made my drink and it didn’t taste right, I only took a test sip and asked it it could be re made. She was so nice about it, She immediately re made my drink correctly without complaining or making me feel bad for asking.
