Went here today on new years day. Went over to the kiosk and tried ordering my order there because I don’t usually order at the counter. Tell me why I tried ordering the $6.00 meal deal and my total was $8.88!? I decided to cancel my order and order at the counter which the price was BEYOND different from the kiosk ($6.53). It also took like maybe 14-16 minutes for my meal. The store is pretty okay, few stains on the floor tho. Food was amazing, employees were nice but I think they need to fix that kiosk price and clean up a bit.

I have to give a shout out to Julian! He always has the best customer service and he is such a positive asset to the team here. We need more people like him in this world. The order is always accurate, and the experience is amazing every time. Also, the early morning visits are great when Hashim is there. These guys are the best. Thank you both so much. I was just there coming from work. I ordered four CROSSIANT SANDWICHES I got home and had 1 crossiant sandwich and 3 bagel sandwiches! I shouldn’t have to double check my food. How do you get bagel from saying crossiant????? This happens too often. Please listen to the customer. We are PAYING!

Visited the shop on a Sunday afternoon. The donut collection was good but there are many iced drinks in the menu.
I got a small hot chocolate which was filled only to a 3/4 of the cup and was for $2.69
Along, with the chicken and roasted pepper wrap, it had a generous amount of cheese. It was for $4.79 and was small for the price and definitely not worth it.
The tables weren’t clean and the food was absolutely not worth the price. In addition to the limited hot drinks wouldn’t recommend going here.

I was paying with my phone with the barcode and he was telling barcode is not accepted here while I have spent more than $200 in many different stores around buffalo. Everything is in the mobile now a days.
