Very busy college campus Dunkin inside the student union! You may have a rather decent wait time if going at peak times and after many classes release, but the service is great and all the staff are lovely. Everyone knows and loves Chad but the student staff are great as well. I’ve never had a poor experience going here (and I’m there rather often )

Do not go to this Dunkin. They will take your order and only give you half of what you ordered. This has happened to me two times out of the four times I have been here. The workers fool around in the back and completely ignore you when you try to get their attention. There is always an issue with trying to get the food. The coffee is subpar. The plastic cups smell toxic. They ruin my mornings. Go to Starbucks instead.

The customer service at this location is absolutely appalling. We place an order almost daily, while at work. Today we were told the systems were down so they couldn’t make any food for us. Understanding system issues, we inquired how to recieve a refund on our order, since we paid on the app. The employee lost her mind. She started clapping and saying “I. Am. Not. The. One” while yelling aggressively for us to get out. This display was absolutely uncalled for and completely unacceptable. This experience was beyond mind-blowing. If we aren’t getting our product, we simply want a refund. Order number 163 on 3/24/24

This Dunkin’ Donuts experience was incredibly disappointing. While on a university tour with a friend, I found myself standing in line at what I can only describe as one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts establishments I’ve ever visited.
As I patiently waited in line, I observed a fellow student ahead of me attempting to pay for their order. However, it quickly became evident that there was an issue with the card machine that hadn’t been addressed. Despite the situation being out of the customer’s control, the cashier and their colleague responded with an unacceptable lack of professionalism.
Instead of handling the situation with courtesy and understanding, they resorted to yelling at the student, displaying a shocking disregard for basic manners and customer service principles.
Overall, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth and significantly detracted from what should have been a pleasant visit to Dunkin’ Donuts.

The improvements observed in atmosphere, service efficiency, attentiveness, and cleanliness signal a positive transformation underway. However, there is still work to be done, particularly in ensuring consistency in product quality. With continued efforts and dedication from the staff, I am optimistic about the potential for further enhancements that will ultimately elevate the customer experience at Dunkin’ Donuts.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I place an order, there’s an issue, they mess it up. This has become a recurring problem, and it’s incredibly frustrating. Extremely poor service
