Well when I get to Dunkin lately after they got rid of those delicious pancake wraps, I have been ordering that sourdough sandwich that was dryer than my post this morning I asked for butter on my sandwich and was assured by their employee that it would be on it. They gave me my special sandwich in its little box and it had no butter. It was terrible and I only ate it because I was hungry. Then later it I remember passing the other Dunkin and I should have gone there.
TLDR this Dunkin stinks and my review was worth an 89 cent donut for a terrible 5 dollar sandwich to them

It was a busy morning… my coworker and I stopped in to get coffee. There was a new person training. A women came acting very snarky over the amount of coffee she felt she needed in her cup. I watched them handle it with grace and kindness correcting the issue. Our coffees were made perfect and we just wanted to super lift up the staff- who even in a rush were kind to someone who was not! That’s a winning crew. I would give a 10/10 if it was possible! ♡

I go here every single day to get coffee. I order the same exact thing every single day. And when I say EVERY DAY, I really mean it. They still screw the order up every single time. This is why I stopped going to Dunkin’ and started going to Deja Brew but since Deja Brew was flooded they have temporarily closed and Dunkin’ is unfortunately my only option unless I want to travel to 7Brew in Binghamton, which I am seriously considering…at least they get my order right every time. If you specialize in something and that is what you are known for and your customers pay good money for their order, get it right. So many screw ups is unacceptable. Doesn’t matter if its morning, noon, or night.

Awful! I ordered a small hot chai latte. It came out half full, and when I went to drink it, it was nothing but watered down milk that cost me $4.68. Save yourself the money and skip Dunkin.
