Got our order super fast but no sugar or creamers for coffee available. I waited solid 5 minutes meanwhile the employees saw me waiting and completely ignored me. Gentlemen helped me to get the employees attention and they ended up being extremely rude to him claiming they were busy. I understand mornings are busy time however to make it more efficient maybe place sugar, creamers and other condiments up for grabs instead of having to ask for them separately. Also glacéd donuts look older batch..

A bit disappointing. The flavoured ice coffee was basically just water. Another customer had the same issue and was getting their drink refunded.
The hot cappuccino was good. The munchkins were just so so.
I guess every location is different as I’ve had better quality elsewhere.

starting off, the line was horrendously long and we sat there for 10 minutes just for the line to move up ONE CAR! we had two orders in one car, the first order was 1 hot and 1 cold toasted white chocolate latte, when we got to the window we were handed 1 HOT toasted white chocolate latte and then sat there for another 10 minutes, we spoke up and said hello and the worker said “one minute we’re making it fresh” as they all stood around laughing, he came back with ANOTHER hot latte and we go, “why did we get another hot?” and he said “how’d you get a hot I didn’t make a hot.” as he literally HANDED it to us, he goes it was rang up 1 hot and 1 iced, CORRECT!! you already gave us the hot!! and then our second order we got a hot chocolate that’s barley hot, and a strawberry dragon fruit refresher that wasn’t even full!! and tasted weird!! and the lady working in the kitchen wasn’t wearing gloves while making a bagel and then licked her fingers!! GROSS!! you need to get better!!! this is disgusting!! don’t go here!!!!!

We stopped here to recharge before heading back out. Our cashier, Brian, was hilarious. Very kind and made a great pumpkin ice latte. The pumpkin munchkins are great too. I will return.

The one on arsenal is hit Or miss, but the service is miss… And staff not great , we spend about of my there a lot and when I accidentally double ordered they made me take $35 Dollars Worth of food home .. not happy , the chubby guy I think is the worse… I take that back since McDonald’sone machine blew up , I was forced to return , the “manager” bigger lady is a joke she is never there past 4 pm , lied about allowed some gentleman getting hit twice with the bag of food, but katlin I believe her name is great shes quick to apologize, and fix the situation.. really amazing. I can’t believe they didn’t have access to take things off the app is a major problem, order more that sells by noon no apple fritter.. noon! I miss the old Dunkin where the Arabics owned it , they baked them fresh in store the coffee tasted better and you could smell the goodness.. and now with translation on a phone it would be so b easy! Update they finally got some nicer staff katlin with the nosering , I think there’s her name is a sweetheart.. positive aditude and quick to acknowledge apologize fix the issue.

Enjoyed the Irish Cream Iced Coffee. Pleasant atmosphere, clean restroom. Friendly server. Regular medium Irish Cream iced coffee comes with 3 creams and 3 sugars, I reduced to 2 and still found it very sweet. They honor competitor coupons. They offer afternoon coffee special from 2 to 4 pm. Drive through service available.

The coffee is usually pretty good, however as of late the product has been awful. They are over pouring their cream. I did take advantage of the $1 medium coffee with the purchase of a sandwich but got a burnt hockey puck instead. I’d rather wait for a new one, don’t serve this to people.

Food and time of service is adequate however, the shift manager on September 8, 2025 was loudly complaining about the military being in the area and having to give them service. She loudly said “the whole platoon is in town” sarcastically. While slamming my food as well as my co workers food on the countertop and stomping around the shop visibly irate. I understand being annoyed at a influx of service however taking it out on your customers, and military members is sad to see.

My fiance and I love our Dunkin stops, we’ve become regulars there, however today has sorta changed my mind about them, this is the second time we’ve been denied will store hours are open. Over 10 cars in the drive thru and they’re walking around the cars with a sign saying both workers need to take a break so we needed to leave. That is such an unprofessional work ethic. Not satisfied at all.
