went inside, stood there for like 5 mins before someone came over, and the girl (with the piercings) just stared at me.. and i was like uh okay so i started ordering but she was off putting and kind of rude and very short with me. i gave an extra point bc they were playing radiohead and the music was good in there lol but overall like bad service, and i paid extra for cold foam the other day for them to not put any on it and i didn’t realize until i was already at work

Worst Duncan I’ve ever been to right around the corner from us. I don’t stop there very often, but this is why order my husband a bagel sandwich when he opened it the top wasn’t even put on the bagel. It was like in two pieces was terrible. My coffee was cold. Very very sweet and hard to get your truck through to the drive-through. They didn’t plow very well I had to put it in four-wheel-drive to get through the drive-through. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this place. People are rude. They don’t care what you have to say zero work ethics, somebody needs to look at the manager if he’s not taking care of all these bad reviews

**UPDATE: decided to give them another shot and this time they informed me there’s new company-wide policy, which doesn’t exist on Google, that says they don’t fill the cups if you ask for less ice. So even though I paid for a large, apparently all I’m paying for with that size is extra ice. I understand not giving me extra concentrate, but then give me extra of the mix in (green tea/oatmilk, sparkling water). What a rip off.
Expect long wait times and poor customer service. Go to the one on Arsenal, it’s a completely different experience.

So this is a hit and miss depending on the time and day you go. Drive thru is great regardless of the wait but sometimes when you go inside, things seem to be a little unorganized. I’ve even heard the worker cursing at each other. Very unethical especially in a work environment. Other than that I would of given them all the stars.

Every time I visit this location, I’m stuck waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I literally ONLY pull in this place when I see just one car at the order menu and STILL WAIT for an obscene amount of time. More than once I’ve driven away from the window without my food or a refund because my 30 minute lunch break is over. Today is the last $15 I will just drive away from because this location is a poor example of what dunkin donuts is supposed to be.

I’ve given up on this location, everytime I stop there something happens, the latest being stuck in the line for almost 25 minutes and when I got to the window I was never greeted and waited another 5 minutes before giving up. Previous times I’ve stopped there and they are out of tea or bagels and they don’t tell you till you pull up to the pickup window.

Let’s start with this morning and to my entrance.I wasn’t even greeted appropriately, I was scolded at and asked, what do I want when I was hencefort shocked of the response?I looked at the young lady with glasses and blonde hair.That was organizing the donuts. I forcefully responded “Excuse me?, you mean good morning and how are you.”
Hence forth causing an uncomfortable setting to the environment. To the point that in her aggression towards simple Edicate she Rushed my ordered and Charged me for something i have never once ever ordered in my time of coming to this Dunkin.
I work in fort Drum so now i cant rely on my closest coffee spot Because You have unfriendly NonMorning individuals Breathing at your counter ruining others days !
Upon me stating that it was wrong the staff scolded in my direction like it wasnt a big deal after waiting for 8 mins , The customer that was handed Chocalate Donuts Balls noticed the interaction and told me its this “Younger generation “
I REFUSE TO ONLY BE 5-7 YRS OLDER AND FEEL LIKE I CANT BE ADMIRED R APPRECIATED FOR MY BUSINESS . I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL TAKE MY business elsewhere if this Matter isnt resolved. I went and got a chai latte and I asked for skim milk however they put whole milk in it and I cannot drink it so basically it was a waste of a of $6 at dunkin’ for something I cannot drink.
