One of the worst dunkin I have ever experienced. The staff is completely lazy. They take 15 minutes just to make a damn coffee up. If you order food, it is guaranteed to be wrong each and every single time.

If i could give this place zero stars I would. I have ordered at this specific dunkin on doordash two times this past week and both orders came back missing items. My first order came back completely wrong and they actually gave me someone else’s order. Then today I am missing two drinks that was never given to the dasher. If you decide to doordash here…DONT!

This place is strictly a drive-thru. I’ve only been here twice in the past two years (not from this area), and even though I’ve used the app to order ahead, I still wait to just get to the window, and even once I get there, I still wait another 5 minutes.

This is the worst Dunkin location in Syracuse. It always looks dirty. The workers have attitudes and don’t know how to make basic drinks. They are always sold out something, and there is always the longest line because they struggle in all areas. Dunkin please just close this location.

This place is consistently awful. Their frozen machine has been down for probably close to a year now. At least 50% of the time that you go there they have zero food whatsoever and only are serving donuts and coffee. The staff is always inappropriate and rude, often blasting music so loud that you can hear it over the speaker and making inappropriate comments in the drive-through. It seems like a bunch of teenagers work there with no supervision. Today I went through and ordered a small coffee with cream and flavoring. The lady put it in a medium cup so there was not enough cream and the coffee tasted awful. When I asked her to add more cream, she turned around and pretended to add more and then gave the drink back to me. Extremely unprofessional and awful service every single time.

I placed a mobile order for spinach egg bites and an iced latte with almond milk and extra swirl. These people gave me BURNT bacon & cheese egg bites and an iced COFFEE. Not only does an iced latte cost more (which I used my reward points I earned and was wasted on a cheap iced coffee), but I was charged extra for the almond milk and swirl. Is it really that hard to read and follow directions? Pure laziness.
