I take all city fast food places with a grain of salt, but this place has been sucking it up recently. I could go to another Dunkin, but this place was the less crappy of the two in my area.

This place locks it doors without updating the app. It’s kind of annoying to place an order and then wait in a massive drive thru line, caused by a simple, easy to fix, lack of communication.

Took forever for a mobile order, I got my coffee fast but the Croissant took forever… a croissant… that was given to me cold, right from the freezer I’m guessing. I really only stopped to pee, but someone was hacking up a lung my whole time in the store. So much for placing a mobile order to pee and get out quick. I was in there for like 20 min! I now have to go heat up my croissant myself.

Just picked up a mobile order, I ordered two bacon wake up wraps and they gave me one egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant instead. I frequent this location because it’s the most convenient for the me, but it has some of the rudest workers I’ve ever interacted with, especially when they (very often) mess up my food order or forget my donut and I say something. If you mess up someone’s order and they just want the correct item, give them the correct item. It’s that simple.

There’s a plethora of Dunkin’s in the vicinity but this one takes the crown. Impeccable service, super friendly staff and the drinks were DELICIOUS. Most dunkin locations have fallen off lately with either service or drink quality but this one truly shines. The staff deserve a raise. This will be my go to dunkin.
