Fantastic place! A clean, neat store. Plenty of free parking. Conveniently located on Teall Ave near other businesses. A large store with plenty of seating. Delicious food served fast and hot. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Doors were open. I go inside. It’s a group of girls about five of them at the least. All sitting around and chatting. Mind you the drive-through line is wrapped around the building. That’s why I came in. Immediately the girls address me and say, do you have a mobile order? With an attitude. I reply no confused.. And the group of girls proceed to stare me down and tell me that they’re only accepting mobile orders or DoorDash coming in my due again drive-through is wrapped around the building. It’s completely quiet in the store. I leave and get back in the drive-through line that’s again wrapped around the building. I sat in line for about 30 minutes.

This is a tough review to make because this is one of my starred locations. However, the door being locked during business hours so frequently finally got to me today. I ordered a walk-in on-the-go order. I get there today and the door is locked. Now I’m a hostage because I already paid on the app. So I joined the drive thru line. While waiting there, suddenly like magic someone unlocks the door 15 minutes later. I leave the drive thru line and go in. No apology. 25 minutes later.
Here’s a thought: if you are short staffed, the idea should not be locked your doors since you are open, unless you post a sign that states “Drive-Thru Only”. Instead, allow people to come in and apologize in advance for the inconvenience and explain that there be a longer than usual, which would then give people to wait or leave at their leisure.

Nice Decoration by staff members but the service needed improvement. Today I order large latte and expresso shot missing, the cashier stated a latte in cap does not come with form. They told her to hold off on the form, so it not a latte or cap. Yesterday my sugar brown sandwich Croissant was black, no turkey egg in cheese sandwich. There was 5 bees flying inside the store next to pick up counter.

Store is open, ALL doors are locked. There are even some people sitting inside. Employees won’t open the doors. There’s no sign as to why. It’s 10:50am. This happens frequently at this location. Lost my business.

very nice staff, lots of comfortable seating, and a lot of items are always in stock it seems! just the floors sometimes can have a little bit of dirt on them but that is probably because it can get a bit hectic at times. overall, very good dunkin!!

Ordered for delivery and missing multiple items. Missing the main items, two coffees but received the empty sealed drink bag. How can they seal bag up with the items not in it is beyond me. The sandwich I did received was iced cold and bacon was ice cold. The delivery driver picked it up in a quick timely matter as a paid for priority so cannot blame delivery driver for taking long tasted like left over food. Also ordered a english muffin with butter, it wasn’t even toasted at all it was cold and untoasted.
