Most of the time they screw up our coffees. I order 2 hot coffees, both decaf, 1 black with two sugars( most of the time they don’t put the sugar in it) and 1 with cream only( usually give me another black with sugar in it.) messed up a few other ways too. I guess the best thing to do is check your coffee before you leave the counter or the drive thru. Like I said this is mostly in Seneca falls on rte 5&20.
Granted they are very busy with the drive thru, the in app orders. But you can wait to order what you want for a ” FEW” minutes( right)! A little longer than that.
Lastly most of the workers are very pleasant, but one doesn’t know the meaning of greeting people or even smiling!

How to say you hate your job with out saying it. Soaked bagel and over saturated drinks. Never will be back. The woman in the head set wanted to offer things she doesn’t have. And purposely ruined my meal when I asked for light ice and alittle extra cream cheese. 2 medium drinks and a bagel 13.00

The weekend crew here just doesn’t care, everytime I order I do so via the mobile app, during the week is mostly fine even when they’re busy. The weekend crew are slow and will not ask you what you’re waiting for until it’s been at least 15 minutes, then they have an attitude about it. Sad part is the food is always ready, just not placed where the mobile orders go, so it’s cold or lukewarm at best when it does get brought down from the food prep station. After getting my food today, I waited for my 2 donuts another 6 minutes before someone asked me with an attitude what I was still waiting on, then the donuts were thrown into the bag frosting side down in a mess.

Extremely rude employees, Extremely long wait, my drink sat behind the counter forever just waiting on my donut holes only for my donut holes not to even have all the flavors that assorted should have. Absolutely awful experience, and I was not the only customer that was unimpressed.
