I left a review for this Dunkin a few years ago, and I think it’s time I change it. Unfortunately when management changed this entire location has gone fully down hill. I feel like something happened recently and now the entire staff is new. I have gone to this Dunkin for years and had a wrong drink maybe once a month (which is average imo). Now I can’t get even a drinkable drink there anymore. Every time you walk in there’s upset customers and the employees are rude as heck when you try to get your correct order. There’s zero lack of respect going on in this location whether it be to the employees, the customers, or just the building in general. They’re going to keep losing customers if nothing changes. I hate leaving a bad review, but this is unacceptable especially when food and beverages are SO expensive now. I can’t justify spending $ on a shitty drink that I end up chucking in the garbage.
Also, yes I do make my own coffee at home, but sometimes is nice to buy one. I get an easy order that is very hard to mess up, so it’s just hard for me to understand how it’s been made incorrectly for months. Then I get reprimanded by employees when I try to get my drink corrected, it’s truly been an awful experience every time these past few months going here..
Also if you order ahead here be prepared to wait 30+ minutes after you get to the building for your drink!

I know times are changing (and maybe they shouldn’t be) but I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in my life. Not as a customer. Not as a human being. I ordered a cookie butter cold brew, an iced coffee and a chocolate milk at the drive thru. I was asked “what type of donut?” I never asked for a donut. I got to the window and was asked again “what type of donut?” I didn’t order a donut. “So what did you get?” I repeated my order knowing from experience this was not good. I recieved my order and it was entirely incorrect. I politely said “this is not a cookie butter cold brew.” I was handed a iced black coffee. With an attitude and a face of detest, they took the drink back and add cold foam on top. I was upset. As this is still not the correct drink. I parked and walked in. I politely asked another employee to assist me. She replied “This is what you ordered,” as she pointed to the sticker on the cup. I said “Yes it is, but this is not what the drink looks like.” It should have cookie butter cold foam and cookies on top. She said “What do you want me to do?” I said “Can I please have a new one? What I ordered?” With confusion and grumpiness she proceeded to make my drink. All the while the two working the drive thru and food counter talked loudly about me and my “complaint.” I walked out. This is not acceptable. Not acceptable at all! You don’t talk badly about customers in front of them! You don’t argue when they are giving you their business!

We’ve been going here for months and the quality is so inconsistent. Service is always slow and its a toss up as whether we’ll even get what we ordered. The last few times we went, they never added an flavoring to the drink and totally screwed up the food. We even left a complaint to corporate and nothing was done. It’s twice the distance to the dunkin on bridge street but well worth it for consistent and high quality food/service.

I’ve never seen a Dunkin that takes one order at a time and waits until the customer is completely gone before taking the next order. I placed a pick up order and waited 30 mins to get through the drive thru. I FINALLY get to the window, the employee hands me my coffee and I can tell it’s made wrong so I say something and she says it’s made right that’s how it looks. I order the same drink every day (at a different donut) and know how it looks. So I drove to the one down the road and got a different one. Horrible customer service at this one.

I get the same thing every time. Every time it’s different.
Ordered frozen coffee with mocha swirl. Tastes like they added 4 creamer. No mocha.

I’ve continued to go here regularly. It has gotten better. Still, my drinks are different every time but they’ve gotten better.

terrible i waited 30 minutes in the drive-through line that had 5 cars in it nobody knows how to work these days now im late for school despite going 40 minutes early…very angry annoyed and upset with work ethic these days…got to the window she asked how much money we had because the lady did not want to Count it. we gave her more than it costed and she never gave change back…will not be back don’t go they need new management!

It doesn’t matter when you go, drive through, walking in, you will wait up to 30 minutes, and if you ask for what they forgot, you will get treated like your a major inconvenience. Additionally, why do they only process 1 order at a time. This place will make you late for work evey time! Thats even when you leave early to allow for extra time .

I ordered on the app that this Dunkin’ Donuts My order was ready a few minutes later when I walked in coffee was hot filled the top by sandwiches also good everything I expected…. Tables are cleaned floors clean…. I ordered a maple bacon egg and cheese Croissantwich was everything I expected well worth the $3 special…..

The employee that waited on us was well trained on customer service. He placed our order correctly and even interacted with me on how my day was going. When I got my order went to a table to eat. The same employee went to check on the napkins and straws and he came over and ask how my food was. I told him everything was fine. It was nice he asked me because he really cared about my order. I definitely will be back to Dunkin.
