What to give a shout out to the team this morning. I had placed a pick up order and when I got there someone must have accidentally taken mine. Without hesitation the team member made my coffee due to the mixup. I appreciate how friendly that staff is there. Thank you !

They take forever to make your pickup orders. Then after waiting 25 min they forget stuff and the people are rude they are all just young people that stand around a chit chat and take forever to make a bagel with cream cheese.

I come here every day, I have consistently good experiences with both products and staff. For the sake of you avid google review readers and because my life is incredibly boring, I will be writing an unbiased review everyday so you all never have to question what kind of service you will get there. Today I just got a caramel iced latte. It was a little on the sweeter side than it normally is, but I can’t complain. Still very satisfied. See you all tomorrow!

I literally used to come every day, and I can’t justify it anymore. The rate of turnover, the apathetic employees, and the ridiculous skeletons are too much. Today, the straw broke the camel’s back when I was once again charged for the cold foam that wasn’t put on the cup. If this was a dab of whip cream, I wouldn’t complain, but charging 70 cents for it and not getting it is infuriating.
The food is sometimes cold and sometimes piping hot, zero consistency, and the iced coffees with sweetener are NEVER stirred. Simply put, if you’re not served by someone who has been around for a while, then you can pretty much guarantee yourself a terrible experience. Please get your stuff together. I know once upon a time this was not a problem.
