The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Waited in drive thru for 50m+ and they didn’t even give me a straw for my drink. This isn’t the only occasion of long wait times. I asked for manager and she said there wasn’t one there…I’m sorry but the manager should staff herself on a Friday morning if they know it’s busy and they are understaffed. Everyone also seems to be doing multiple jobs vs one person per job so everything is chaotic. Should be no reason to have 4 people on drinks and the person cooking is also doing drive thru.

I placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup. As I was at the stop sign I checked and I immediately realized I was missing an order of hash browns. I turned around and parked, went in and waited about 5 minutes and realized no one was going to help me. So I called over an associate and told them I was missing an order of hash browns. They gave me the hash browns and I went back home. My daughter comes to me and said they had put cheese on her breakfast sandwich which I ordered WITHOUT cheese. So I called the store I had ordered from and asked to speak to a manger, the woman on the phone told me she was the manager. I explained what had happened and she couldn’t care less. Coming from many years working in the customer service industry, I asked her to put herself in the consumers shoes. The manager whose name is Jamie, was rude and snappy towards me, showed no leadership skills and hung up on me when I was talking to her. So I proceeded to go to a different location for the food. By the time all was said and done an hour had passed by and my food that was waiting at home for me was cold. Absolutely disgusted with the situation.

Literally almost every visit either something is missing or incorrect. I’ve gone here a considerable amount of times. This is the closest store to me and it makes me want to drive a hell of a distance for anything BESIDES this dunkin. Either the staff are bags of rocks or they aren’t training properly. Fast food orders are not complicated as someone who’s done it

I put the order through on the app for walk-in 10 min before arriving. And still waited 12 min for a sausage egg and extra cheese and they still forgot the extra cheese

***UPDATE*** They must’ve had a major overhaul here. The staff was funny, everyone seemed to be having a good time behind the counter. The flow of getting the orders was good, even considering now having the “On The Go” orders. I pray this place stays just like this!

I’m not sure what has happened to this dunkin over the last couple of months but the wait time is absolutely insane. I’ve been coming here my whole life and have never experienced this. I’ve waited close to 45 minutes and obviously you have no choice because there is no way to get out. Management needs to get on this!

One guy who works evening is the rudest person I’ve ever met. He’ll sit there and lie to customers telling them they’re out of iced coffee and they’re not. I literally had my sister go back up there order an iced coffee. She got hers so I didn’t get mine as he laughed at me when he told me he was out of coffee 3rd Time this guy lied and this time I proved he was a liar! Picture of coffee received 10 minutes after I was told they were out!
