So the initial service around 1 pm. was great, they were sooo friendly!!! but later on when I went back to let them know that when I drank my pumpkin chai latte I had two hard things come out in my mouth, and I almost gagged. I knew that I had to go back and let them know what was wrong so that it doesn’t happen to other people. I had no idea what it was it just felt like two stones in my mouth. Once I composed myself and figured out what they were I found, two coffee beans in my drink ok ik not a huge deal but someone who has a major gag reflex might have thrown up. When I went back to make them aware, because it really grossed me out, the cashier argued with me and told me that they couldn’t sell lattes all day that day because the machines were down. I told her I was definitely here this morning and I got a hot pumpkin chai latte. She basically Argued with me like I was lying. This was all over the speaker, so I said I’m going to pull up and show you my receipt to prove to you that I actually did buy a latte today at this location. I showed her the receipt and then she was like, oh well I can’t do anything about it you can come back tomorrow and talk to the manager. That happens a lot because the bean machine is right near the latte machine or something like that. So tell me why if it happens a lot they don’t switch things around to remedy the problem. I didn’t have time the next day to go back nor did I think I should have to go back to talk to a manager. I would not have made this review had the girl just apologized and said I’m sorry that that happened she was very unapologetic and pretty rude. I’m a very forgiving person and I don’t like writing negative reviews, but I just think that that girl needs to step up her customer service game and show some respect for the customer. I should also add I tried to call the store three times just to let them know but you can’t even get through to the store supposedly they don’t have a phone line there according to the Ally. Went through the drive thru and the lady was very short and rude. When we asked what kind of donuts they had she wouldn’t list them because she was annoyed. We just left. Won’t be returning.

We just came to order coffee in the drive thru and the person taking orders was rude and not professional. She could not have been taking an order from a nicer person than my sister. She was frustrated with how my sister was ordering and at one point said “jesus.” We just left. I have never experienced something like this before.

Went to duncan today after stopping at home depot. I went.nThrough the drive through, it was pretty fast even though the gentleman taking my order was very short and rude.But whatever the holidays , people are grumpy , it’s cold. I paid, I got what I needed when I’m my way.I ended up going to the gas station and realized I didn’t get my card back so I went back to retrieve my card. I went in asked if they had my card because I did not get it back.He looked around pretending that he didn’t know and then pulled it from the trash. I kind of looked at him in disbelief, looked at another worker in disbelief, looking for an explanation or an apology that I did not get in the female worker asked me in a very snooty way body language in tone were completely off the wall rude. “Why I was looking at her” I asked to talk to a manager and was told there wasn’t one but I could come back tomorrow.The worst experience ever.I went to the bank.I canceled my card cause that’s fishy.That’s weird and uncalled for.

It only takes one bad experience to leave a bad review- and here it is. I placed a Dunkin Pickup order for this morning for walk-in because my vehicle is over the drive thru height limit. I get to the store to findout they closed the in-store section (no sign, no nothing stating this) and locked the doors and were doing drive thru only. I knocked several times. The employees just stared at me from behind the counter. I called the main store number several times. No answer. I ended up leaving blistering angry and to top it off I have to wait 2-3 business days to hear back from a corporate customer service team. Idk who thinks they have the authority to close parts of a business without warning or even signage but this is absolutely unprofessional.

I have never ate such no tasty food of Dunkin in any place other than this one, it’s so disappointing that I was so hungry and came to get something to eat and then found it’s not been properly cooked.

I just order a drink ans a bagel. The bagle was half frozen and the drink is awful. The lady at the drive thru was rude. I will not be returning to this location.

Went today at 6am and this was the best drive thru service! I got my usual medium caramel macchiato with liquid sugar extra caramel, medium vanilla cold brew with cream and liquid sugar, two orders of snackin bacon! This was the best morning as my snackin bacon was made perfectly and good size portion!! The portion was better than all other dunkins in Auburn and in Moravia where I get the smallest portion possible!!!! My two ice coffee I didn’t have to repeat it like the other dunkins. Thank you for making my morning great today!! I didn’t get the receipt but this morning crew made my day!!
