Went through drive in part, lady sighing and speaking down to us, cutting us off every other word with “you done?”, ordered a frozen coffee and food, get to the window and the lady hands an iced office. I said “hey sorry it’s supposed to be frozen” she said I’d be charged the difference. That’s fine. She charged me for both drinks then never gave us food. We had to remind her and she sighed and practically tossed it. Highly disrespectful and I’ll never recommend this place. I’m making sure everyone I know will know this place is horrible.

If I could give service no stars I would. This Dunkin is always slow. They take forever and they don’t rush at all a lot of times they don’t know what they’re doing. The management needs to get better people that actually know how to rush to make orders especially when it’s packed on a Saturday or Sunday

Great Dunkin’ right off of the Empire State Trail. Stopped here during my tour from NYC to Montreal, and got unlimited water refills. Staff was great! Highly recommend as a food stop!

Come on, Dunkin’. It’s just hand mixed hot chocolate powder, and this is what it looks like. It is like they couldn’t be bothered, its hardly mixed. I could have done better at home myself.

When i ordered a avocado toast SPECIFICALLY WITHOUT BACON like he literally asked me if i wanted bacon and i said NO i got the order with bacon. So i simply moved the bacon off because i was gonna eat it but then my mom said she is just gonna get a refund. but when we tried to give it back they wouldnt take it because i “Ate” the toast when there isnt even bites out of it. it is simply stupid and when i bought another one it tastes worse. i dont get why they couldnt just make a different one when they clearly made a mistake. also they messed up my moms drink. Filthy place and isnt worth coming to buy anything DONT COME HERE!!
