I go here daily, sometimes several times a day and after today, we’ll no longer be. The last week and a half has been nothing but Problems on drinks that are always made wrong and simple things as getting a donut, . I have asked for a refund this afternoon and was refused one because no one knows how to do it, I do not recommend this place no more to anyone

Woman named Haley working was so rude and condescending to other workers who were running around trying to get orders out the drive-thru window. Then she walked out the door in the middle of making our food and didn’t bother to let anyone else know so we just stood and waited for 10+ minutes. Other workers were very polite, felt sorry for them for having to put up with her.

Total disappointment!! Everyday I go through the drive thru and get a coffee. Some days I opt to get a donut too, I usually choose a chocolate frosted of some variety. That’s because I like the chocolate on top of the donut. I mean why else would someone ask for a chocolate frosted donut , right?!?

I ordered a large refresher with light ice and they handed me a half empty drink and told us it was “store policy”. I have not had this experience at any of the DD that we have been too and we visit a lot! See photo. She was just plain rude about it. 6:00pm 11/30.

This isn’t the normal Dunkin I go to but it was close by. The drive-thru is really long so I went inside. Got 2 bacon egg croissants and not only did it take almost 10 minutes to get the food it was cold. Cheese wasn’t even melting.

Usually love all the Dunkin’ Donuts, but this one seems really slow and not so friendly. We waited in line today for 11 minutes for a hot coffee that was cold, no, sorry for the wait or anything..

Shameful that they no longer make donuts in each location like they used to. I went to get Maple creams Friday for my coworkers and they were out of donuts before 11am.
I will find a local bakery and NEVER set foot in Dunkin donuts again. Corporate scum like the rest of the big corporations. Don’t pay decent wages and cut corners till the product is just garbage.
I don’t eat this stuff but I do feed it to my coworkers and they only like the maple cream donuts.

Last time I went in the store the staff was in the back, a heavy set appears to be male saw me come in and walked to the back as I was standing there another woman came in and waited a couple of minutes and walked out, when this happened the young lady who was obviously on her break came in and took care of me while her co workers continued to hide in the back.
I recommend better management and maybe get rid of the rude heavy appears to be male.
Employees throwing cigarette butt’s on the ground as they walk in the door instead of using the ashcan is just nasty
