I came here today, November 7th at 2:30 pm. This girl with brownish/blonde hair in a ponytail and glasses, had the most disgusting attitude that I have ever encountered in my 40 years of living. Right off the bat her attitude was terrible even from the speaker. When I went up to the window asking a question, she shot me the rudest look like it were a disgrace to even open my mouth. As the mayors wife, I would expect better from this dunkin in front of a high school. I will be taking this encounter into consideration in the near future.

Unbelievable they are cutting munchin sizes in half? Could have purchased a donut for less and received more. Dunkin…you cut size you sell less = same profit + customer loss. Your product is not unique to be sufficiently “sticky” enough to make those types of changes without loss of patronage. Might want to rethink strategy…I can’t be the only person who’s noticing.

Stood there for 10 minutes while 3 workers just walked by and stared at me. Walked away came back and one of the girls just walks up to the register with half yellow half black hair and just stared into my soul. Didn’t say a word. Just a weird interaction. So I go are you good??? Weird enough for me to leave a review lmao. Does this place not have a manger? Seems like they think it’s gonna run itself

Everytime I go to this dunkin the workers are frantic; No proper management on site. Regardless of what I order it takes a minimum of 10-15 minutes in restaurant to receive ANYTHING. Waited on a worker to acknowledge my presence after ordering for an additional 10 minutes, just to receive a donut that they are supposed to hand out after the transaction. Upon ordering in the drive thru, since that seems to be the only thing they care about, a worker came to ask me to pay, after I had already payed for my order to which he forgot about me sitting in the window for no lie, another 10 minutes.. To proceed to hand me a BURNT wakeup wrap, which isn’t out of the ordinary for them. Never when I come in is it a good experience, and I leave way more frustrated than If I would’ve never came in at all. Not to be harsh, but having worked at a dunkin myself, If you dislike your job, quit. But don’t continue to give half-a service. Its quite ridiculous. Waste of money, time and a good attitude!

I would highly encourage you to not spend your money at this location. They can not keep up with the rushes that they receive on a daily basis, not enough workers, the coffee is almost ALWAYS brewed incorrectly making it have a very bitter nasty flavor and that’s hot or iced, the ice coffee is always watery and bitter and they just all around don’t have a very good staff team. Between the long waits and the horribly made food and beverages it’s just not a worthy location to waste your money on.

I am a Dunkin lover and this was the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. My drink was beautiful and delicious and the food was perfection. There’s a drive through which is always a plus and the employee was very patient and kind.

I made a mobile order at 9:24 and didn’t get my bagel until 5 minutes before 10. There was two young crew members that were standing around on their phones not doing anything. I asked if my mobile order was ready and they told me that someone will be right with me and proceeded to go back on their phones. After waiting for 20+ minutes just to receive a burnt bagel. I’ve had nothing but issues with this Dunkin. I am no longer a loyal customer to this location.

Ordered a large coffee with 6 French vanilla shots and 9 cream, and a medium hazelnut light and sweet both were basically black(no sugar or cream or flavor)
