Customer service is good here, but recently, this place has taken a turn for the worse, with cleanliness no longer taken seriously. I showed up today to the wall being covered in flies and bugs literally flying on and off the food. Though this is a major issue, the staff is very friendly and always polite.

Picked up donuts for the guys work and ordered a hot latte. The latte was hardly warm I guessed they didn’t hear the milk up much when frothing and served a cool tepid drink. Last time I used this location I ordered a black coffee and was asked what I wanted in it, I replied nothing but they still added sugar.

This review is for the location on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie across from Marist College at the Mobile gas station. They have a drive through. Dunkin really speaks for itself. There’s not much I can say. This location is great because they get your order correct and the employees are very nice. They also have the automated board at the speaker that shows what you’re ordering and your price so you don’t have to guess when you arrive at the window. It’s the best location out of them all.

I love Dunkin’ & this location is convenient. The inside of the gas station convenience store is fairly run down and dark, but the Dunkin’ counter itself is fine. There’s a new employee there on weekends daytime who is friendly and actually smiles! It’s a refreshing change and why I am reviewing it now.

What lovely workers they have that they hired. These two workers I was thankfully able to meet are on top of their game. They are very kind very nice and very patient. they keep it clean and very safe environment to sit down and relax for a cup of coffee, and make it very easy to do a mobile order pick up. I would suggest stopping by this Dunkin donuts and getting some coffee and meeting the staff they’re wonderful people.
