After a lunch I have ordered a tea and a coffee, but I feel the coffee is very nice. Where tasty the guy who makes it. Edit it well and to talk about this place this Dunkin is located inside a mall. This location is very important in this county. The mall is very popular in the capital district district area, especially Albany and Schenectady so whenever I visit this mall before I go to my home I definitely check out this Dunkin’ and drink some coffee after the only I go to Home in this month. You can see everything you have a shop for clothes you have a restaurant you have a supermarket you have a post office. You have a cell phone store. You have a hair saloon you name it you have everything here but little bit costly but in this winter, you stay inside that is very important right OK everybody bye take care. Have a good day.

We had a Coffee and a Tea. Their tea is really trademark-large-tea bag. Value for money though. Place is inside one of the Malls at Colonie Center and has a place to sit and drink your coffee.

Why is it every time I go to this store, and it’s not even often, they need up my order? Is it so hard to follow an app order? Last week they served me cold coffee, there was only one person ahead of me in line, and the server did nothing but complain how she’s the only person there and she is so “busy”. When she finally brought out my order, the coffee was cold!!!! I had to complain to customer service thru the app. Same thing happening today. One person ahead of me, I followed up, same server covering tips. Said the reason why the order wasn’t being made was because the machine was down. I asked when the order was gonna get made she said, “I can see it right there.” Did she stop counting the tips to make the order? No. Dunkin Donuts should know about this…They should train their staff better. This would be the 4th time in 3 months. Good thing I only come here when I badly need coffee. Just awful, rude server.

I was in the mall over the weekend for an event, I went upstairs to grab a Tea & Coffee. I was the second one in line, I ordered, was waiting for my tea. People were ordering, getting their stuff, after about 15 minutes I asked if my tea was ready, the girl VERY RUDE said we are busy you have to wait! I also witnessed another customer asked for napkins, the girl threw them on the counter at her said HERE! I FINALLY got my stuff, I walked away not saying a word. The next day I went back up to get coffee, & a tea, it was 9am when they were supposed to open. The girl said she was waiting for the boss to call before she could open. She said I don’t know what everyone is going to do this morning, but I’m not opening until I get a call back. Well that’s weird but ok. I went back after a half hour to see if she was open yet, I ordered, got my stuff. The gentleman behind me was ordering stuff, she said you can’t order MAD FOOD, I have a line already & I’m here by myself. HOW can you tell a PAYING customer they can’t order stuff? SHE WAS RUDE! This was my first time at this location & will be my LAST! SERIVCE was RUDE & AWFUL! Managment needs to find help that KNOWS how to deal with the public NICELY! NONE of the 3 employees I encountered in 2 days were NICE AT ALL!

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Horrible service. Took forever to get a coffee and a refresher drink. Literally 10 minutes with no one here. The people behind me that ordered food, got their food first but it was messed up and had to bring it back. That’s how l9ng I was standing here for 2 drinks. I watched people behind me order food, get the food, brink the messed up order back and get new food before I got my drinks. I think it’s because I’m white honestly
